The person at fault here is the Golem that took the pictures of a vulnerable Girl under the Influence.
Instead of being His/Her Sister's Keeper. He/She became her Ridicule. Instead of Covering her Nakedness they took her Dignity away from Her. Exposing the most Intimate Parts of Her Body to the whole World to See.
Yet in your comments above you Blame the Victim instead of the Criminal.

Why do we always beat to Death Poor Teenagers that Steal a Loaf of Bread in the Market Place and then Shout May You Live Long Big Boss to Criminal Politicians that Steal Millions from Our Treasury. Why do we Always Look Down on those who Treat us with Respect, and Honor those that Disrespect Us e.t.c.

Wahoo! Something is Seriously Wrong with Our Mindset in this Country. I promise you today, that, I will get to the Bottom of it before I Leave this World.
