AISHA BUHARI & DOLAPO OSINBAJO VISITS 8-MONTH OLD BABY RAPED IN KANO!

Wives of the President andVP, Aisha Buhari and Dolapo Osinbajo today visited Khadija Bashir, the 8-months-old baby who was raped when she was 6 months old, at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital in Kano.

Khadija Bashir, was  6 months old,when was reportedly raped by the husband of her mother's childless friend/neighbour. The couple planned and raped the child because they were allegedly told it as the way they would get their own kids. She has now had surgeries because of the injuries she sustained during the rape.

The case is presently in court and the rapist has hired a number of lawyers to defend him.

AISHA BUHARI REACTS TO PRESIDENT BUHARI'S HEALTH.....

Aisha Buhari in a series of tweets reacted to president Buhari's health, saying his health is not as bad as it's being perceived.

MRS BUHARI CONVOY ATTACKED IN KWARA STATE THIS EVENING...

 The convoy of Mrs Aisha Buhari, the wife of APC Presidential candidate was reportedly attacked by hoodlums along Emir Road in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital this evening.

According to a statement by APC Chairman in Kwara state, Alhaji Balogun Fulani, 10 vehicles in her convoy were vandalized.Read the statement below...

Mrs. Aisha Buhari, wife of APC Presidential candidate, General Muhammad Buhari, an interview with Thisday Style this week, said:

"Gen. Muhammadu Buhari is a very humorous person and enjoys listening to comic stories. Whenever he cracks jokes you will laugh till you shed tears. He also likes taking people by surprise" she said

Mrs. Buhari who is an esthetician by profession with spa houses in Kaduna and Abuja, says she has been married to her husband for 25 years now and that he is a caring and protective person

"My husband is a family-oriented person. He has very close relationships with his children, grandchild, and entire members of the family. He is very caring and protective of us" she said

According to Mrs Buhari, her husband is a very gender sensitive person who believes in women's education

"My husband believes in women’s education. He encouraged me to pursue my educational goals. I’m sure Nigerian women know the truth that he is a gender sensitive leader and will vote for him against all the political propaganda to discredit him. He insisted during his time as Head of State, that every council should have a female representative" she said

At the inaugural meeting of the APC women presidential campaign initiative held in Abuja today, Saturday January 24th,2015, wife of the APC presidential flag-bearer Hajia Aisha Buhari, reacted to her husband’s promise to scrap the office of the first lady because it is unconstitutional and allegedly being used to steal public fund. Below is her comment....

"When my husband is elected as the president of this country, he will rule the country within the rule of law based on the constitution of the country. If the office of the first lady is constitutionally recognised, he will not tamper with it, but if it is not that’s okay. For me, I will perform my duties and role as the wife of the President of Nigeria traditionally. Wives of presidents have some traditional roles, like receiving guests, visiting orphanages, helping the less privileged people. They also lead in the fight for the right of women and malnourished children, infant mortality rate, kidnapping and girl-child trafficking" (NAN

Mrs Aisha Buhari obtained a diploma in Beauty therapy at Carlton Institute of Beauty Therapy Windsor in United Kingdom. A certificate course in French Beauty School, Esthetique Academie Dubai.

A member of UK's Vocational Training and Charitable Trust (VTCT) and the International Health and Beauty Council (IHBC ), Aisha also holds National Certificate in Education (NCE) NTI, Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) at Ambrose Ali University (AAU) Ekpoma and Masters in International Affairs and Strategic Studies (MIASS) from NDA kaduna.

She is the founder/Managing Director of Hanzy Spa and Principal of Hanzy Beauty Institute. Aisha is one of the NBTE's resource persons on Beauty therapy and cosmetology and participated fully on curriculum SME to NBTE. Also one of the NNPC/KRPC Consultants on Youth Empowerment and Skill Acquisition program.
