"I TOLD NNAMDI KANU THAT NO NATION HAS SURVIVED CIVIL WAR TWICE"~~ CHIEF JOHN NWODO

The President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo and former Information Minister, Chief John Nnia Nwodo was in Umuahia, the Abia State capital,on the 6th October,2017,for the inauguration of the Abia State Chapter of leading Pan Igbo Organization........and said:

"This is my first visit to Abia State since after the unfortunate events of the past few weeks.
Some months ago, I invited Nnamdi Kanu to my house and we met for three hours. I told him clearly that both in my personal capacity and as President General of OHANEZE NDIGBO, that though there are structural imbalances and lots of injustices in Nigeria, I will never ever support any action that will lead to the shedding of blood in Igboland. No nation in history has survived two civil wars.

I saw the Biafran war with my two eyes. My father was the Minister for Local Government in the Eastern Regional Government of Dr. Micheal Okpara but I fought on the front lines. I was a full Lieutenant in the Biafran Army. I fought in Ore. I fought in Orlu. I fought in Enugu. I taught at the Biafran School of Infantry.

I worked for several months at the Biafran Airport at Uli and I saw first hand, the unimaginable carnage suffered by our people. Available records show that 1.5 million Biafran were killed in battle. About 1 million were killed by hunger and malnutrition while another 1 million remained unaccounted for. I saw our mothers, wives and daughters being violated.

At the Uli Airstrip, I saw the C160 planes that brought supplies for us as they carried hundreds of Biafran babies that were sick and malnourished. Most of them less than a year old. They were packed into the planes like sardines. More than half of them didn't survive the rigors of the flight as their tender heads hit the iron body of the planes during flight turbulence or air attacks. The ones that survived, more than half never came back home.

I told Kanu that war is not an option. I made that point clearly to him. I also told him to tone down his language. He should stop abusing the President of the Country and stop calling Nigeria a zoo. A zoo is where wild animals are kept. If you say Nigeria is a zoo, it then means that all of us are wild animals. Even if you don't like the President as a person, you must respect the office he occupies. In Igboland, we respect our elders. We don't abuse them in public no matter the level of difference. I told him to stop abusing our Governors. In particular, i told him to stop abusing the Imo State Governor by calling him Okoroawusa and questioning his paternity except you have the result of a DNA test which proved that his father didn't give birth to him. By questioning his paternity, you are indirectly abusing our wives and mothers. That is unacceptable.

I told him to stop calling the President a paedophile. That is wrong and I won't condone that. My own mum had her first child at the age of 13. In the olden days, once a girl attains puberty in Igboland, forms breast and starts menstruating, she is ripe for marriage. So, you are indirectly abusing the culture of our people.
IPOB wants an independent Biafra. OHANEZE NDIGBO wants a restructured Nigeria with strong regions and a weak center where each region will control her resources, have their own constitution while royalties are paid to the center to manage foreign affairs, immigration, defence, currency matters, etc.

Instead of talking tough and threatening fire and brimstone, let's work together and push for a restructured Nigeria. Let's sit down and talk with Abuja. If we form a common and united front, the Federal Government will listen to us.

Abusing the President will not give us Biafra. Abusing other tribes and calling them names will not give us Biafra. Telling Igbos to stop attending churches with Yoruba pastors will not give us Biafra. It will rather widen the gaps between us and these other people who themselves are victims of the injustices in Nigeria. It will annoy them and they will abandon us. We can't push this alone. We need the support of our neighbors. By abusing and threatening others, you put the lives of our people who live there in danger.

I said all of these to him and he refused and kept going on and on. At a point, they started abusing me too. Calling me names. I was never offended. They are my children. That is burden of fatherhood and I am prepared to bear it.

Our people have a saying "what an elder sees sitting down, a young person cannot see standing up". ........”

THOSE WHO FOLLOWED NNAMDI KANU ENTERED 'ONE-CHANCE VEHICLE'~~MILITARY

The Director, Army Public Relations, Brig. Gen. Sani Usman, has maintained that family of the Indigenous People of Biafra,( IPOB) leader,  Nnamdi Kanu knows where Kanu is hiding .
The Army spokesman also said Kanu was somebody without any means of livelihood, but used “propaganda” to attract public sympathy.

Speaking in Abuja, while rounding off a two-day media conference on the military’s enhancement of human rights, Usman said Kanu’s followers were in a “one-chance vehicle.”

He made these remarks while insisting that the IPOB leader was not in custody of the Nigerian military.

According to Usman, “There was an allegation that somebody (Kanu) went into hiding. Now, I can’t remember the day but in an interview on Channels TV, one of Nnamdi Kanu’s younger brothers said that he was in hiding and he knew where he was.

“And one lawyer came up that he has taken the Chief of Army Staff to court. Now, who gave you the brief? You said you do not know where he (Kanu) is. Now, who gave you the brief?

“And the media is asking us where is Nnamdi Kanu? Why not ask the man that said so who gave him the brief to take people to court when he does not know where the man is?

“That is why those people following him have entered into a one-chance vehicle. This is somebody standing trial in a criminal case. Sometimes, whether we like it or not, we want to stand against the truth.

“But no matter how long, the truth will come to pass on October 17. This is an individual without a means of livelihood.

“I can speak eloquently. So what? If I can speak like him; I can also have my own group, that’s exactly what is happening. So, what is the essence of our education as a people? You know that somebody is in a criminal case, and you believe in him.”

"NNAMDI KANU ALLEGEDLY COLLECTED $5000 MONTHLY FROM EVANS"~~KEMI OLUNLOYO

Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo took to her social media pages to blast Biafrans and their leader, Nnamdi Kanu. According to her, what happened in July 1966 is not something anyone will pray for to happen again.

She also said over her dead body will Nigeria be separated. She wrote;

“Biafrans are so f*ckn DUMB. They think Fani Power and Fayose are agitating for them. All my brothers are doing are preventing a repeat of July 1966 when Ibos were slaughtered in #Makurdi and other parts of the north in revenge for Nzeogwu’s attack on the northern and yoruba leaders. FFK and I LIVED IT! My father was 31yo and a commissioner in Akintola’s government. He ran to Akintola’s house that morning before the soldiers arrived. My mom a mere 26yo secretarial assistant was the one typing the letters fast as she told me I was 2yo and sick that morning sitting next to her. The letters were to tell the cabinet and others that the soldiers were COMING and they had killed Ahmadu Bello, Tafawa Balewa and Okotie- Eboh that morning. Meanwhile in Agodi government house, the Premier had vanished and went to his private residence armed with guns in Iyaganku. My dad was with him and told Akintola to leave! He said I will be an “Omo Akin” his last words meaning BRAVE TILL THE END. Historical archives say Akintola exchanged gunfire with the soldiers. MY FATHER HAD JUST LEFT HIS HOUSE THAT MORNING!!

Meanwhile on the Remi Fani-Kayode side at the Deputy Premiere’s residence in Agodi (still the Deputy Governor’s residence to this date) the soldiers arrived and were beating the hell out of FFK’s father with their guns RIGHT IN FRONT OF FEMI WHO WAS 5yo. Femi, myself and my mom recounted this moment Jan 2016 over the phone last year on the 50th anniversary. Femi told my mom he vividly remembers. They then took his dad away. He later escaped death.
In all this 1966 tragedy, only Ojukwu and Azikiwe the other Nnamdi ESCAPED so u see why the Hausas got mad and slaughtered the Igbos. There will be no damn BIAFRA! You Biafrans must fight back and get the LAME NPF to arrests Arewa Youths. Osinbajo and El Rufai ordered that. Nothing has been done. Stop using that as an excuse to divide Nigeria and form the B!
#Igbos are extremely intelligent people. This entire Yorubaland will not be developed without them. If they leave, Ibadan’s economy alone WILL COLLAPSE.
#Biafrans however are smart but NOT intelligent people. Fuck off Biafrauds!

YOU WILL NOT SEPARATE NIGERIAGAIN! UNDER MY DEAD BODY!
THIS IS MY FINAL SAY ON #NNAMDI’s foolishness. You have the audacity to accuse politicians of taking bribes, looting and even DISRESPECTING GEJ the best president ever?? Who are u sef? Yet you allegedly collected $5000 monthly at IPOB from #Evans a classic Nigerian criminal.
Fuck you Kanu! Ive done prison twice in Nigeria where its a badge of honor. Prison doesn’t await you again.
HELL AWAITS YOU!!
Buhari/Osinbajo and all Nigerians RIDE ON.
#OneNigeria.
I HAVE BLOCKED ALL BIAFRANS WHO INSULTED ME WHEN I WAS ADVOCATING FOR THIS MOVEMENT. COMMENT AND SPEAK YOUR MIND. THE LUCKY MORONS GET A REPLY from #AdaBiafra to #Ashawo. Your disgruntled change of my name.

KANU IS NOT A LEADER OF THOUGHT IN THE SOUTH EAST~~PRESIDENCY

Special Adviser to the president on political matters, Babafemi Ojudu, says the presidency does not consider leader of the Indeginous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, as a leader of thought in the South East. Speaking to journalists on Sunday, Ojudu said the consultations currently being carried out by acting president Yemi Osinbajo is strictly with identifiable leaders of thought and at the moment, Kanu is not one of such leaders in the South East.

He said:

“Well, the thing is that we were looking for leaders of the people, leaders of thought and we do not see him (Kanu) as a leader of thought in the east. May be opportunity will come at one time or the other for him to be engaged. But so far, what we have done is to look at people who have influence in the communities, whether it is religious, whether it is traditional, whether it is political, social or governance. These are the people we brought in for discussion”.
