TWO MEN FIGHT OVER 5-MONTH-OLD BOY IN WARRI

Two men, Ajayi Tosin,23, barber and Kesiena Tito are presently in contention over ownership of a five-month-old baby, Emmanuel Omkhode Ajayi, delivered by Blessing Iroroteh, 18, in Warri, Delta State.

According to Dailypost, the matter deepened after Ajayi was allegedly arrested over the weekend, following a petition of “Threat to Life” instituted by Kesiena to the Nigeria Police Area Command.

Tosin Ajayi, claimed to have cohabited with Blessing Iroroteh since 2015 before she delivered a bouncing boy this year, 2017, in his house and that his elder sister was responsible for the medical bills after Blessing was delivered of the baby.

He stressed that he has been catering for her and the baby, including his mother-in-law who came to nurse (Omugo) the baby for two months in his house at Nnewi Street, Akah Avenue in Effurun, Uvwie LGA of Delta State.

Ajayi noted that he did the naming as well as dedication ceremony in the presence of his mother-in-law, who later whisked her (Blessing) away to the home of Kesiena Tito as the owner of the baby. . . Ajayi alleged that he was forced to say that he was not the father of the baby at the Police Station by Kesiena’s family, who even forced him to take N100,000 to forfeit the child.

In a contrary view, Kesiena Tito claimed to have dated Blessing, for 5 years, but separated ten months ago. He stated that he has been responsible for the education of Blessing all these years.

 On her part, Blessing Iroroteh, stated that she left Kesiena’s house to Ajayi’s house because she felt he (Kesiena) will not accept the pregnancy and the baby. She also stated that her mother was aware that the child does not belong to Ajayi.

 The Police have now ordered that DNA be carried out to ascertain the true owner of the child.

VIDEO:MAN STABS HIS FELLOW NIGERIAN MAN TO DEATH OVER MONEY IN KENYA

A man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his fellow Nigerian to death in a dispute over money in Kenya.

The ugly event is said to have occurred at the Ruaka Town, Kiambaa sub-county, Kenya on Monday.
According to an eyewitness, a middle-aged man who's yet to be identified was stabbed several times in the chest by his friend following a confrontation over an unknown amount of money.

“The guy came over and they met at the gate. He stopped outside his friend’s car, knocked on the window, took out the knife and stabbed his friend in the chest,” a guard at the residence said.

Residents who rushed to the scene apprehended the culprit and started beating him. He was saved by police who were called to the scene.

The culprit is currently being held at the Karuri police station, while the deceased's body has been deposited at the city mortuary.

SUSPECTED KILLERS OF KANO BUSINESSMAN DEMANDS N20MILLION TO RELEASE KIDNAPPED WIFE !

Kano businessman, Sheriff Yazid, who was murdered and his wife abducted along the Abuja-Kaduna expressway on Sunday, September 17th. Family sources say the kidnappers have reached out to them and are demanding for N20 million. Meanwhile, the deceased husband has been buried according to Islamic rites.

The Kano state police command is currently trailing the kidnappers and have vowed to rescue the woman alive.

PHOTOS: POLICEMAN SHOT 3 PERSONS AFTER INTOXICATED BY ALCOHOL DURING CHILD DEDICATION IN WARRI !

A police officer,Inspector Samuel Imana,  has reportedly killed three persons after being intoxicated by alcohol at a child’s dedication in Warri, Delta state.

According to Sapele Olofofo, two of the victims, one Elvis Kugbere and another man have been confirmed dead, while the last one is in coma at UBTH.

The incident reportedly happened at Ejewo Street, Off Okere Ugberikoko Road, Warri, Delta State. According to an eyewitness Inspector Imana accompanied three (Internet Fraudsters) Yahoo boys to a baby dedication, trouble was said to have started when the yahoo boys started spraying money, the police officer started shooting in display of his loyalty, all of a sudden, mysteriously the inspector who was one of the escort pointed his gun directly at the crowd in close range and started shooting at them….

The first deceased was immediately rushed to First rank Hospital within the area where the Divisional Police Officer,”B” Division in warri, CSP Anieteh Eyoh and other Senior Officers dashed to see him before he was transferred to Syracuse Hospital. He later gave up the ghost three hours after losing so much blood.

The Delta State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, confirmed the incident, noting that the policeman is under investigation and he is being tried for professional misconduct.
