NAJEEM ILERO:BOKO HARAM BREEDING GROUND AT IBADAN WHILE THE GOVERNMENT LOOKS THE OTHER WAY

Boko Haram  officially known as Jama'atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda'awati wal-Jihad, which in Arabic means "People Committed to the Propagation of the Prophet's Teachings and Jihad".
Boko Haram at is begining promotes a version of Islam which makes it "haram", or forbidden, for Muslims to take part in any political or social activity associated with Western society. This includes voting in elections, wearing shirts and trousers or receiving a secular education.

Boko Haram regards the Nigerian state as being run by non-believers, regardless of whether the president is Muslim or not - and it has extended its military campaign by targeting neighbouring states.
At the inception of this group, the security oppratives in the country looks the other way, by doing that , the country is now paying dearly for their 'i don't care attitude4'!
This charlant attitude of our security operatives in Nigeria, happened in USA , sometimes ago when a psychophant fake pastor known as Rev.Jim Jones, on November 18, 1978,  more than 900 members of his People's Temple committed mass suicide in the jungle of Guyana. Since that time, the event has occupied a grotesque but fringy place in American history.
Currently in Ibadan, Oyo state, South-West, Nigeria, another security challege is currently in the making.
According to a popular journalist, Oriyomi Hamzat, a fake Islamic ' Khalifa' known as Alfa Najeem lero at oniganbari is another 'Boko Haram' case that our security operatives must move faster and investigate .
Oyo good people and all Islamiv faithfuls arel begging oyo state government to do somethg.
Some of the attrocities of this Alfa Ilero are Kidnapping, fake doctrines, forced marriages, child abuse, advance fee fraud etc.
According to a facebook users,Mariam Ajose , she wrote "Lero the terror, government should take quick action before it becomes another version of boko haram in yoruba land"
Moshood Bakare ,wrote "Do we have government in Nigeria? In a developed country, Lero would have been under the custody of security by now. It is a pity."
Tesleem Zubair Aare Latoosa, wrote,"This matter is taking to long get this guy arrested before he destroy innocent children life."
Oriyomi Hamzat Fam wrote,"Urgent action is needed from our Security operatives now now...Oyo state government must come into this now! This is TERRIBLE!!! "

TINUBU'S HAND IN ONIRU KINGSHIP TUSSLE: PRINCE GBOLAHAN LAWAL SET TO BE ONIRU

The tussle for vacant stool of the Oniru of Iru kingdom in Lagos may be far from over, as fresh indications emerged on Thursday revealing plans by the power-that-be to impose a new candidate to ascend the throne.

In November last year, the race for who becomes the next Oniru of Iru Land after the demise of His Royal Highness Idowu Abiodun Oniru was neck to neck between Aremo Segun Oniru, the eldest son of the immediate past Oba Oniru from the Akiogun Ruling House and Hakeem Ajasa, from Abisogun Ruling House and a former Chief Security Officer of the current Speaker of the House of Representatives.

It was widely reported last year that the kingmakers in the Abisogun Ruling House met and after wide consultations, voted unanimously for Ajasa as their preferred candidate to become the Oniru of Iru Kingdom. This however did not go down well with Aremo Segun Oniru, who insisted of being the anointed person to take over from his late father.

Segun Oniru is a close associate of the former governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and a former commissioner in the state under the Raji Fashola Administration. Some High Chiefs in the state were also not comfortable that Segun was trying to use his proximity to power in the state to influence his taking over of the vacant throne. Even so, notable first class Obas secretly voiced their disapproval to what they described as the undue delay in effecting the choice of the kingmakers.

“Some first obas, who I will not like to mention their names met and were very unhappy with the way the power that be in the state were treating the Oniru thing. They were of the view that since the next ruling house has made their decision known to government, and the decision followed tradition and their choice was a popular one, why was the government delaying in making the necessary pronouncement”, a source told ThePledge.

But the dust seemed to have been settled early 2020 with reports that Segun Oniru had conceded the race to Hakeem Ajasa, while an official announcement by the State Government of the latter as the Oba-elect of Iruland was been anticipated just before the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic.

However, reliable sources informed our reporter that ahead of the announcement which was planned for this month (June), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu had reached out to Hakeem Ajasa for a familiarization meeting.

But few days after the meeting, reports made rounds that Tinubu was opposed to Hakeem Ajasa’s candidacy as the next Oniru and mandated the Baales and Chiefs of the Abisogun ruling house to nominate a new candidate.

This move, reliable sources say, is a ploy by Tinubu to impose his former, Aide-De-Camp and current Commissioner for Agriculture in Lagos, Prince Gbolahan Lawal.

Lawal, who has ancestral links with Iruland from his maternal side is a three time Commissioner, having served as Commissioner for Agriculture and Cooperatives under Babatunde Fashola administration from 2011-2015; Commissioner for Housing under Akinwunmi Ambode from 2015-2019 and now Commissioner for Agriculture under Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Lawal, sources say is expected to resign his appointment from Sanwo-Olu’s cabinet either on Thursday or Friday ahead of his announcement as the Oba-elect of Oniru.

Born on July 24, 1970, he obtained a degree in botany from the University of Port Harcourt in 1992.

In 2008, he obtained his post graduate degree in violence, conflict and development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Lawal began his career at the raw materials research and development council at the federal ministry of science and technology in 1994 as a scientific officer.

He later joined the Nigerian police force and was  commissioned as a cadet assistant superintendent.

As a police officer, he served as ADC to Tinubu who was governor of Lagos from 1999 to 2007.

Lawal retired voluntarily in 2008 as a superintendent of police.

MEET RCCG PASTOR WITH 6Phd's-4 MASTERS AND 4 FIRST DEGREE

Pastor Funsho Odesola, the Assistant General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) who doubles as the pastor of Region 1,  is one of the most read man of God in Nigeria,  with  6 Ph.Ds, 4 Masters and 4 first degrees.

According to Pastor Odesola, while speaking on this on his birthday a year ago, he said, “To be frank with you, I thank God I have not done anything. I have not seen God raise the dead through me. But I have seen our Daddy in the Lord, Pastor Adeboye, raise the dead. It is not fiction. What stirs my reading is the fact that I don’t know.

The youths of my parish and my family have held meetings over me saying that I am over-challenging them and I said ‘no, I am only challenging myself because I don’t know anything’. I have just finished my 6th PhD but I am doing two studies now. It is this insatiable and restlessness that I don’t know anything that is pushing me.”

He has a Bachelors’ Degree in Christian Education, Theology, Musicology, and Master’s in Communication, Christian Education, Cultural Anthropology Study and Law. I have Doctoral Degrees in Theology, Christian Education, Business Administration, Law, and Cultural Anthropology with 40 different fellowships. He has also authored 150 books.

The place of knowledge for ministers of God cannot be over-emphasised. Everyone that knows will lead others. Readers, according to popular aphorism, are leaders. If you are not informed, you will be deformed.

We hope this inspires someone today.

QUEEN SALAWA ABENI MET WITH HER BLACKMAILER "I'M NOT MY BLACKMAILER FIRST VICTIM"

Waka queen, Salawa Abeni has met with her blackmailer saying she’s not his first victim.

Abeni made this known after the operatives of Rapid Response Squad, RRS, arrested 19-year-old Emmanuel Oladunjoye Olufowoke, who confessed to threatening to share nude pictures of the singer on the internet in exchange for money.

Speaking on the blackmailer, Abeni said “I just want to use this opportunity to thank Nigerians all over the world, the Nigerian Police Force RRS for helping to catch this boy as I am not his first victim.

I am extremely grateful for all the love, concern and support shown despite everything that is going in our daily lives. Modupe o! God bless you all.”

The suspected blackmailer also said he engaged in the act to get some few bucks off Salawa Abeni after coming in contact with the private pictures.

He added that after downloading the nude photographs of Salawa Abeni on his phone, he picked up her mobile number from her Instagram page. “On 1st of April, 2020, I chatted her up and also called her after sending a few of the photos to her online.

My intention was to negotiate with her for a few bucks and for me to destroy the photographs. I thought everything was going on fine until the following day when I heard the news of the blackmail over the radio.

I was with my mother. She was even cursing the blackmailer unknown to her that I was the brain behind it. I immediately sneaked out, destroyed the memory card, and threw my mobile phone and SIM card into a nearby wetland in Magboro.

Since then, I never mentioned it to anyone and called Madam Salawa Abeni about it again”, he said.
