I WON THE FIRST RAPE CASE....DEFINITELY I'M GOING TO WIN AGAIN ~~ALLEGED SERIAL RAPIST

Chibuzo,Mathew Chibuzo, 23,  who was arrested by policemen from Lagos State Police Command on the allegation that he raped Chioma, his  lover, said he wasn’t worried about the accusation.
Chibuzo, a commercial motorcycle rider, said: “I was taken to court over a similar offence and I won. Definitely, I’m going to win if charged to court again!”

Recalling his first arrest, Chibuzo said: “It happened in January 2016. My lover, Vivian, accused me falsely of rape. Vivian and I had been dating for long until I started losing interest in her. Vivian has a cousin called Blessing. Vivian attends Covenant Life Church, while Blessing and I attend Sabbath Domain Church. I used to see Blessing at church services. I started developing feelings for her. I decided to break up with Vivian to date Blessing.”

Acting immediately on his decision, Chibuzo jilted Vivian and started dating Blessing. The decision, however, didn’t go down well with Vivian. One day, Vivian came, fuming and accusing him of rape.
He thought the lady was joking until she brought in the police. He was arrested and charged to court.

He said: “The court set me free because there was no evidence to prove I raped Vivian. After I regained my freedom, Blessing broke up with me.  I was troubled by Blessing’s action because I had already developed a closer relationship with her. I was even planning to propose marriage to her.”
He noted that after Blessing jilted him, he met Chioma. Recounting the fateful day that cracks appeared in the walls of their relationship, Chibuzo said that he was in a beer parlour, drinking with a friend when his phone rang,
It was Chioma. She implored him to come to her place. When he got there, she said they should proceed to his place. They did.

Chibuzo said: “We were in my room, listening to music when Chioma’s phone rang. When I checked the caller, it was a person I had warned her several times to tell to stop calling her.  I became angry. I ordered her to pick the call, but she refused. I became uncontrollable; I was already drunk. I then unintentionally beat her.”

Chibuzo said that when he woke up the following day, he saw the severity of his beating and cringed in shock. He took her to a nearby chemist and bought medicine for her.
He noted: “Since the incident happened, Chioma had been using it as a means of extorting money from me. I give her whatever she demanded because I felt so guilty.”

He thought the matter was buried and forgotten until Chioma went and reported the case to a third party. A woman she calls ‘Aunt’ in their street. When the woman saw Chioma’s black eyes and face, she was livid.

Chibuzo said: “This aunt took Chioma to Human Right Desk at Alaba Police Station. Chioma called me that she needed N1000 for more medicine. She said she was standing in front of my house. When I rushed over to give her the money, I saw her with policemen. I was scared and ran away.”
When he later called Chioma to ask about the policemen, she told him that her aunt invited the policemen.

His words: “I went to the police station and explained myself. The policemen listened, collected my phone and locked me in a cell. Chioma came to the station 30 minutes later. She was crying. I thought her words would exonerate me, instead, she told everyone that I raped her. I was shocked. I shouted. I tried to look into her eyes, but she bowed her head and continued to cry. Chioma broke my heart with her lies. I trusted and even saw her as a wife material.”

Chibuzo, who appeared to know all the elements needed to charge someone for rape, said: “I have asked police to present prove that I raped Chioma. I have also called their attention to the fact that even her clothes were not torn. Chioma is my lover. There was no way I could have raped her!”

MAN KILLED HIS WIFE AND PRETENDS TO BE HER ON FACEBOOK !

 A 42 year old man named George Joseph McShane is being charged with murdering his wife  and later trying to kill himself, police said.

When police searched the house, they found the dead body of his wife Kristen McShane, police said.
Police were first called to the home, when family members were unable to contact Kristen – and got worried.

Police said George tried to alleviate the family’s fears by logging onto his wife’s Facebook and posting that; “I can’t believe I dropped my phone in the toilet. I’m such an idiot. Message me here, til I can get it fixed.”

It worked for a few days, but family and friends continued their suspicion – and eventually notified authorities.
George is charged with murder and domestic battery by strangulation.

REMAINS OF A NIGERIAN WOMAN WHO WENT MISSING 4-MONTH AGO FOUND HANGING ON TREE (PHOTOS)

 According to facebook user, Jonathan Ugwu who shared the photos, the Igbo woman's remains where found hanging on a tree along Ankpa road, Kogi  state. She is said to have been missing for four months.

He wrote;
"This Igbo woman got missing since about four months, today she was found like this along Ankpa Rd. Why would one commit suicide? Who takes the blame :society, family or individual"

PRESIDENT BUHARI'S CHIEF OF STAFF SUMMONED ARIK MD OVER STRANDED PASSENGERS !

 Abba Kyari, President Buhari's Chief of Staff yesterday afternoon summoned the MD of Arik Airline in Lagos after finding out the airline's passengers traveling to New York have been stranded for about 48 hours.


Also summoned by the Chief of staff was the Minister of State for Aviation, Hadi Sirika. The Chief of Staff ordered Arik to provide accommodation for the stranded passengers as well as compensate them.

 According to twitter user @FelaAyodele, shared photos of some Arik airline passengers luggage that have been abandoned at the JFK airport in New York for close to three weeks.

US ARMY VETERAN CHUKS OKEBATA WAS ABDUCTED AND KILLED WHILE ON HOLIDAY IN NIGERIA !

  US Army Veteran Chuks Okebata was shot dead in an alleged case of 'broad day light assassination'.
According to the tip we got from a source who claims to be cousins with the late Chuks,
'my Cousin Chuks Okebata, A USA Veteran, who has spent most part of his life working and defending the United States of America.

After a very long time living in the USA, and because of the love he has for his country Nigeria and his home town (Umuduruorie Umuomumu Mbieri in Mbaitoli LGA) he started building a house at home as a bond that make him to be frequenting his mother land. Just as he returned last Xmas to spend his vacation in Nigeria and also to move into his new home. At Exactly 5pm on the 12th of Jan 2017, some gun men abducted and shot him'.

He continued to say,
'for all I know about my cousin, he has always been a free, gentle, and relates to everyone irrespective of your age. He's survived by his two lovely sons and a wife (he has been in a serious battle with his wife in the US). A bounty has been placed on anybody with any clue whatsoever that can lead to the arrest of the Hoodlums. A sum of 2.5mil Naira reward as the family is out to seek Justice for the Assassinated son'.

Already, friends of the late Chuks Okebata have since taken to social media with heart warming tributes to mourn his demise.

PRETTY MIKE: I PUT LADIES ON CHAIN TO GET ATTENTION !

Mike Eze Nwalie Nwogu, aka Pretty Mike, has finally spoken out on reasons behind his chaining of some girls on a dog leash and taking them to different events.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Punch's Saturday Beats, Pretty Mike said, “I have done it twice and let us not make it look as if it is something I have been doing all the time. The two times I have done it were weddings where I was part of the groomsmen which means that I have a personal relationship with the bride and groom. The overall reason I chose to do this was because of the mission statement behind it. It is just unfortunate how people are so quick to jump into conclusion without actually finding out what is going on. All they think is that it is an abuse, or a form of slavery or perverted thoughts.


“For me, there is a mission statement. I would give you some examples to explain the mission statement behind my action. I would not call any names but I am sure we all know about an Emir that was given a 15-year-old as a wife. To me, that is putting women on a leash. We talk about traditional rulers that marry underage women, that is putting women on the leash. We talk about boyfriends and husbands that beat their spouses and abuse them physically, emotionally and spiritually, that is putting women on a leash.


"I needed to get the world’s attention first to be able to pass across my mission statement. It is all about women advocacy at the end of the day. It is all about empowering the women. These women have no voice. I refer to the girls I use as super heroes and we had to do something drastic in order to be heard and get the world’s attention. Now they are talking about it.


“Yes, there are other ways I could have gone about it but there has to be a new way all the time. This is the era of social media and if I come up with a good write-up about women advocacy, nobody would pay attention to me. I would not even get up to ten ‘likes’. We are in the era of social media and if you pay close attention, something drastic has to happen to get the attention of people on social media. Most of the people that have become popular on social media did so by doing something drastic, different and unique.”


It was alleged the girls auditioned for the ‘role’ and were even paid N30,000 to be chained in the dog leash. However, Pretty Mike claimed he didn’t pay the girls a dime.

“I did not pay those girls; they are a part of my team. I am the owner of Club Uno and I have a team of people who I work with. I sat down with the team and we discussed this before I embarked on the action. When we did it at first, the level of curses we received was incredible. I was the one that suggested that the girls put on a mask so that we don’t deviate from the main point. If the masks were not on and their identities were revealed, you can imagine what they would have been going through now,” he said.

When asked if he could allow his daughter to go through such, he said that if it was for the right cause, he would have no objection.

“A lot of people have done dramatic and extraordinary things even as far back as the civil movement and women have stood up for what they believed in, so if I see a picture of my daughter on a dog leash, knowing full well that I have trained her to the best of my knowledge and in the way of the Lord, I would simply pick up the phone and give her a call. I would ask if she is okay and if she replies that she is, I would tell her about the picture I saw and ask what is going on. If she tells me that she is doing something in terms of women advocacy and she is trying to liberate women, I would tell her to ride on. If it makes her happy, I would tell her to go on.

“I have been in this business for about 10 years and all through those years, I have been very controversial. If you go through my Instagram page, you would see that these are things that I am used to. I am a bit surprised that most of the people that have been bashing me are women between 35 and 50. I understand that they are upset but I was expecting that they would act more maturely because when I went through their Instagram pages, I realised that they have kids. How can a mother tell me things like I would die and my mother would perish? It only lets me know that this country is so backward that we have a long way to go.


 Most of the ladies that said things that were so mean were mostly mothers. I am not upset because I was already expecting it and I decided to put myself through the pain, abuses and curses because I am trying to achieve something,” he said
