LAWLESSNESS LAWMAKER: OGUN LAWMAKER ACCUSSED OF SCHOOL CERTIFICATE FORGERY & PERJURY

Ogun State lawmaker, Adeleye Adewale Adebiyi, has been accused of  “intentionally presented a forged Secondary School Leaving Certificate and [an Ordinary National Diploma] OND certificate to [the] Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), lied about his age, and made false declaration before the Commissioner of Oath in Ogun State in December 2014.”
The petition, which was signed and dated September 16, 2015  by Prince Wasiu, stated that the lawmaker committed the forgery in filling out his personal information in INEC Form CF-001, a copy of which the petitioners attached.
According to the petition, the lawmaker falsely claimed to have attended Ode Remo Community High School from 1986 to 1993, and that he earned an OND from Federal College of Freshwaters Fisheries Technology in New Bussa, Niger State. The petition disclosed that the state legislator then attached a School Leaving Certificate and National Diploma examination result instead of certificates.
The petition disclosed that the majority of residents of Remo North constituency already knew that Mr. Adebiyi’s claims were false. Even so, the petitioners told the Ogun State Commissioner of Police that they carried out a formal investigation that established that the lawmaker “actually attended SAAPADE GRAMMAR SCHOOL from 1986-1991,” instead of his false claim “to have attended Ode Remo High School from 1986 to 1993.”
The petition suggested that the lawmaker left SAAPADE in controversial circumstances, hence his desire to “conceal and lie to INEC about the actual school he attended.”
The petitioners enclosed several documents showing that the lawmaker was a student at SAAPADE, including a response from the principal of the school and a copy of Mr. Adebiyi’s admission register, confirming that the lawmaker “was admitted into SAAPADE in 1986, JSS1 (Class 1), and left the same school in 1991 at SS2.”
The petitioners also accused the principal of Ode Remo High School of colluding with the legislator by issuing him a fraudulent certificate aimed at misleading INEC and voters. “Could the accused have attended two secondary schools at the same time between the same period of 1986-1992? It is our opinion that the current principal of Ode Remo High School is an accomplice, in this case, helping him forge and falsify the records,” Mr. Wasiu wrote. The petition stated that the current principal of SAAPADE School admitted that he had once taught the lawmaker in an English class, adding that several alumni of the school were “willing to testify that they were classmates at SAAPADE and were both admitted into JSS1 (Class 1) in 1986.”
The petition also included evidence that Mr. Adebiyi inadvertently exposed his own lie when he recently hosted a meeting of the 1986-1992 sets of the Old Students Association of SAAPADE Grammar School. Mr. Wasiu enclosed a copy of the official minutes of the meetings of the Old Student Association held on April 19, 2014, August 2, 2014, and August 1, 2015, proving that Mr. Adebiyi was a “bona fide, founding and financial member of the Association.”
The petitioners also provided some documents to demonstrate that the lawmaker never earned the National Diploma he claimed to have received from a polytechnic. “Under the ‘Freedom of Information Act (F.O.I) 2011,’ we requested to know if truly he graduated from the institution, and to know on what basis or result he was admitted, if at all the ND result was authentic,” the petitioners wrote, adding that the polytechnic’s registrar, H.M. Baboko, wrote them to confirm that there was no record of Mr. Adebiyi in the school’s archives.
Noting that Mr. Adebiyi’s forged school certificate identified him as an “arts” student, the petitioners wondered how the legislator could have gained admission to a polytechnic solely focused on science courses.
According to the petitioner, Mr. Adebiyi was known to be a full-time photography apprentice at a local photo shop in Isara, his hometown, in 2000, the same year “he claimed to have finished ND.”
The petitioners urged the state police command to investigate the lawmaker’s claims to ascertain from the Federal Polytechnic that he had never attended the school. They also accused Mr. Adebiyi of lying about his date of birth.
“He failed to provide his original birth certificate to INEC but claimed to be born on 16th of July 1974. However, his original registered date of birth is 17th of December 1974,” said the petitioners. They added Mr. Adebiyi’s correct date of birth could be verified from his primary school record at archive, Wesley Primary School, Isara, which is part of his admission register at SAAPADE Grammar School as well as on his international passport.
The petition also accused the lawmaker of fraudulently and knowingly declaring and signing a false declaration before the Commissioner of Oath on December 15, 2014.
The petitioners observed that Mr. Adebiyi had committed criminal offenses punishable under Chapter 43 and 44 of the Criminal Code of Nigeria. They also noted that the Nigerian constitution “states that a person is not qualified to be a member of the State Assembly” if he has presented forged certificates to INEC.
The petition was copied to the Nigerian President, the Inspector General of Police, the chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission, and the chairperson of the Ogun State chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association.
In response to the petition, Mr. Adebiyi mobilizing his aides and thugs to the Nigerian Union ofTeachers Hall in Abeokuta to abduct his accusers.
In broad day light,  Adebiyi watched as thugs loyal to him kidnaped Taiwo Gbadebo and Okiki Ola. Shortly after the abduction of the petitioner, Mr. Adebiyi posted photos of the abduction on his Facebook page, bragging that he had nabbed the fellows that defamed him. He later dumped his victims at the police station in Ibara -Abeokuta where they will be charged by police for defaming Mr. Adebiyi.

EMIR SANUSI LAMIDO SANUSI'S 18-YEAR OLD QUEEN plus SOME NIGERIAN BIG MEN WHO MARRIED TO YOUNGER BABES

Recently media have gone agog with the news that Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi took an 18-year old "wench" for a wife. What an insult! Is it now a crime to get marry to a younger girl in Nigeria? When lady in question is 18 and therefore legally of age to marry under all laws and certainly under Muslim law. What is a big deal about all this even?

Tony Anenih 81, aka Mr. Fix It, chieftain of the PDP, got married to young lady who is in her early twenties, amidst pomp and pageantry, heaven never falls.

Billionaire businessman, RazaqOkoya, hooked up with a younger wife known as Shade. The couple whose union had produced four lovely kids, earlier got married in a quiet ceremony years back before having an elaborate wedding not too long ago.

Also, the Former Governor of Kogi State, Prince Audu recently got married to a far younger wife who is an undergraduate of University of Jos .

Ok, let me step-up, the paramount ruler of Oyo dynasty, Oba LamidiAdeyemi has shown his brides and showcased his delectable young wives to world in a shopping spree in UK as one of his ways of celebrating his 76th birthday recently!
Then what are we saying here? The point is not whether it's right or wrong. The point is, from the North to the South, West to East, they all do it. “We should be less hypocritical and stop feigning ignorance that we don't know that a lot of Nigerians politicians’ businessmen, Christians and Muslims alike are CHEETAH--meaning older men dating and marrying much younger women”.

MY HUSBAND NEVER BACKED MY RE-ELECTION INTO SENATE....REMI TINUBU

Senator Oluremi Tinubu, representing Lagos Central Senatorial District, has revealed that her re-election into the Senate did not get the backing of her husband, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. She made this revelation during the "Women in Government’ conference organised by the South-West Region of the Department For International Development, DFID in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Governor of Lagos State on Tuesday September 29th.2015.

The former Lagos State First Lady noted that"Tinubu likes his wife to be at home and what is more confusing to me is that most Muslim men do not want their wives to work, but I am a hard worker’ and according to her, it was her district leaders who got the form for her and talked her husband into allowing her to run for the position.

“People have been saying that I got to this position because I am Asiwaju’s wife. What they did not realise is that in the past election, my husband asked me not to go for a second term. It was the leaders in my district that got me the form and talked to him that they wanted me to go back. You can go to my district, the elites might not know me but the grassroots are the ones supporting and voting massively for me. I think that is enough for me and that is how you can get elected, you have to really identify with your people; if really know your people, they will stand up for you,’’ she stated.
Tinubu noted that she worked hard in order to win the support of her constituency.

"When I got the bill to run for primaries, I told my husband that I needed money and he said no money. I fought with the people in my constituency because they said I have to give them more money and I said no, what about the ones I have been giving to you before? If you are not going to vote, so be it. They said that they were just voting for me because of Asiwaju and I responded that Asiwaju is not even supporting me, then, you can go and vote for him." She is however appreciative of their massive support.

"But I’m grateful they voted for me. I have realised that when you are elected, you have to go back and work with your constituency because that is where your support and vote rests,’’ she stated

CATHOLIC BISHOPS TELLS NIGERIANS TO STOP CONDEMNING HOMOSEXUALS & LESBIANS

The Catholic Bishop Conference of Nigeria, CBCN has appealed to Nigerians, especially Nigerian media to stop condemning homosexuals and Lesbians in Nigeria. The bishops stated this in an article titled “Still on Same-Sex Union and the Stand of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria”, which was shared by the group’s director of social communication, Chris Anyanwu.

According to the article, the bishops welcomed the Nigerian government's anti-gay law but they do not seek the punishment or jailing of persons who err but to help them unto salvation.

The excerpt:
“There is certainly an obsession by some journalists about ‘severe punishment of gays or lesbians’ and they try to twist the Bishops’ statements to articulate their views. Nigerian Catholic bishops are very responsible pastors who do not seek the punishment or jailing of persons who err, but to help them unto salvation. In wrongly reading the letter of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) in January 2015 to President Goodluck Jonathan, some international organizations mischievously reduced the CBCN position to advocating severe punishment of gays or lesbians with long prison terms. What the CBCN supported, blessed and commended in their letter of 21st January, 2015 to former President Goodluck Jonathan was because the Nigerian government upheld the dignity and sanctity of marriage even in the face of all sorts of pressure. When, therefore, the federal government resisted the attempt to impose this culture on Nigerians by legislating against ‘same-sex union’, the Catholic Bishops of Nigeria felt a sense of great relief and issued a statement to affirm government’s decision. The Archbishop Kaigama we know is a careful and pastorally-minded prelate who would not have used such words as: ‘shameful’, ‘barbaric’, ‘madness’, etc. to refer to anyone. Our stand was and is ‘no to same sex union’ and ‘no to spreading of the homosexual culture’ which can only complicate our struggle to uphold traditional/ religious/moral values in our country,” he said.
