Two undergraduates have
been arrested for robbery and gun possession by Imo state police command.
One of the students, Ifeakachukwu Nwofor, a 200-level student of Government and Public Administration at the Imo State University (IMSU), was arrested and found in his possession a locally made pistol concealed in a notebook. Nwofor, who also claimed to be a member of a secret cult, KKK, said he was merely protecting himself with the gun!

It was
also learnt that another student of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede , one Chinemerem
Obielu, was also found in possession of a pistol during a stop-and search at a
checkpoint at Nekede in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.
