GRAPHIC PHOTO:SERVING COMMISSIONER ASSASSINATED IN BROAD- DAY- LIGHT IN OWERRI

 Hon. Tobby Onyekele, who served during the Ohakim administration as a local government chairman, has been assassinated by unknown gunmen. Onyekele,was the Commissioner to the House of Assembly Service Commission, before his untimely death on Sunday, at the MRS filling station, Ugwu-Orji along Okigwe rd. Owerri.  Hon. Tobby Onyekele, was an indigene of Ihitte Uboma.
