4 BRITONS JAILED FOR 77 YEARS ONLY FOR DRUG & GUN RUNNING CARTEL IN UK

 A former professional boxer, Stephen O'Meara, 31, was part of an organized international drug and gun running syndicate jailed for 77 years for smuggling £11million of cocaine into the UK with the help of corrupt British Airways workers.

The men are; Savdeep Atkar, 33, sentenced to 21 years for importing cocaine, David Brown, 51, sentenced to 13 years for supplying cocaine, Harvinder Sanghera, 33 sentenced to a total of 30 years for importing cocaine, smuggling guns, and Stephen O'Meara, 31, sentenced 13 years for supplying cocaine.

According to the Metropolitan Police, they were sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on March 20th, 2015 to a total of 77 years.

Between early 2012 and October 2013, officers from the Special Intelligence Section of the Met Police's Serious and Organised Command (Organised Criminal Networks) carried out an investigation into the activities of a sophisticated cocaine supply network that stretched from Mexico, the USA, and Canada to the streets of London.

This conspiracy, involved organised drug distributors based in Mexico City using British Airways transatlantic flights and a sophisticated team of distributors in London.
In total, police intercepted 40 kilos of cocaine with purity levels of over 90% with a street level value of £11 million, together with 100 rounds of 9mm ammunition.
