Senator Musiliu
Obanikoro, has sent a congratulations message to the Governor-elect, Lagos
State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, over his victory on Saturday.
The Minister of
State for Foreign Affairs, took to his Facebook page this morning to write; ''I
congratulate Akinwunmi Ambode as the governor of Lagos State.''
It will be
recalled that Obanikoro was defeated by Jimi Agbaje at their party’s (PDP) primaries,
leaving Mr Agbaje to be Ambode's main contender.
