POLITICIAN CAUGHT WITH 4000 PVC'S ON ELECTION DAY COLLECTS CERTIFICATE OF RETURN FROM INEC!!!

Nigerian justice system at times makes me laugh…can you  remember Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam, former Commissioner for Land in Enugu State who contested for the Nkanu East/West House of Reps seat and was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu and was paraded by the military? (read here) Ok, INEC has given him his certificate of return !!!  Nigeria I hail thee. So this is the kind of people that will be making law of us?
