HEART OF GOLD: A GERMAN-AMERICAN WOMAN DONATES LIFE SAVING TO BUILD HOSPITAL FOR OKA-AKOKO COMMUNITY

Mrs Johannah Schleichelt, a a German-American national, has donated her life savings to build a 25 bed hospital in Iworin, Oka- Akoko area of Ondo State. Mrs Johannah , joined the rest of Catholic members and the people of Iworin  in their hundreds to commission the newly built hospital few days ago.


Johannah, who said she lived a moderate life to be able to save in order to realize her life dream of meeting the health challenges of people in any remote area in Africa, says she is happy her dreams have finally come true.  She however refused to take pictures, saying it is not about self praises, but she wants to be remembered for good by those who are sick and brought in for treatments.
