PERSONALITY: WHO IS SADE OKOYA

Who is Sade Okoya and how did she attain this gigantic feet?  Shade Okoya (nee Adeleye) was born in Lagos on the 25th April 1977 into the family of the late Alhaji Taju and Alhaja Nimosat Adeleye. She is a Muslim and from Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State.

Sade is a very simple Surulere -Ojuelegba girl. She had her early education all in Lagos where she grew up. She studied at the Lagos state Polytechnic Isolo where she obtained an OND in Banking and Finance and later studied sociology at the University of Lagos.

 Shade Okoya , the Bewaji of Lagos, Otun Aare Iyalaje of Ajiranland, and the Yeye Oge of Epe land and recently the Ajisewa of Oke-Ona Egba is the youngest wife of billionaire businessman, Rasaq Akanni Okoya CON, the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Eleganza Group of Companies. Whom Sade describes as a very kind, simple man, hardworking man, trustworthy, loyal, cheerful, generous to a fault always there for people. He’s a friend for all season”, above all “a good father and a good husband.”

 Sade is presently the Managing Director of Eleganza Fashion Products Limited, Eleganza Cruise and Travels Limited, as well as member of board of Eleganza Group and RAO Investment Property Company Limited. She is also the Deputy Managing Director of Eleganza Industrial City and by virtue of this position she is responsible for the day to day management of the company. The Eleganza Industrial City is manufacturer of various sizes and designs of plastic chairs, luggage boxes, coolers, baby diapers, ladies’ sanitary products, hair threads, stainless water tank, shoes etc. The company has over 1000 workers thus, providing employment to the residents of Lagos state and its environs.

On her marriage, she said: “16 years down the line, I think I can talk about marriage now. My husband is a happy man, so I have no choice but to allow joy and happiness to always take centre stage in my home. Also I believe the secret has been the love that we share and the fact that we are very fond of each other and I respect him a lot.”

Beautiful Sade Okoya, an intelligent and hardworking wife and mother is blessed with four lovely children. Her hobbies include cooking, gardening and travelling.
