Leader of
the Indigenous People of Biafra and director of Biafran Radio, Nnamdi Kanu who
is standing trial for treasonable offences filed against him by the Federal
government has been denied the bail application.
Justice John Tsoho, of Federal High Court, Abuja in his ruling today said Kanu should be remanded in prison until his trial, because he was a threat to national security and since he has dual citizenship, could jump bail.
