The meeting between Ibe Kachikwu,Minister of State for Petroleum Resources and President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja has ended. The meeting lasted for about 1hr and 20mins. Kachikwu after the meeting declined to speak with state house correspondents who accosted him.
He was a the state house to meet with President Buhari over the petition he wrote against the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Maikanti Baru. Kachikwu in the petition dated August 30th, accused Baru of insubordination as well as awarding a $25 billion contract without due process.
