TOO BAD: PREGNANT HOUSEWIFE RAPED AND MURDERED IN HER HOME IN KANO

A pregnant housewife, Aisha Abdullahi, 22, pictured above, was found raped and murdered at her home in Kano, on January 20^th, 2016.


 According to Sahara reporters, sources at the Kano state police command say the husband, Abdullahi Mohammed, came back from an outing and met his wife defiled and in a pool of her own blood.
The state Police spokesperson, DSP Musa Magaji Majia, while confirming the incident, said a full scaled investigation has been launched by the police.

It will be recalled that two weeks ago two men were charged in a Kano Court for the murder of a housewife. Another case of a murdered housewife was reported in Ungogo Local Government Area (LGA) of Kano State in December of last year as well.

The deceased, who was known to be pregnant, was found in a pool of blood when her husband returned home and discovered her body.

NIGERIAN SERIAL RAPIST SENTENCED TO 24 YEARS IN UK

 Oluwadamilare Baiyewu,22, pictured above has been sentenced to 24 years imprisonment by a Woolwich Crown Court in the UK for raping a 17 year old girl while trying to attack another on December 2nd last year.

Baiyewu who resides in Fairlawn in Greenwich, is described as a ‘dangerous, calculating and predatory rapist’ who created the image he was the ‘pillar of the community’ by helping out at the church.

He first grabbed a 17-year-old girl at knife point on December 2nd, but she managed to break free and escaped and a week later, in the same area of Binsey Walk, Thamesmead, he grabbed another victim, also 17, as she got off the bus at 7pm. He put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her before marching her into a bin storage area under a walkway. He then raped her in a secluded area. He was tracked down after DNA on the semen found on the young lady was linked to him. He was arrested on December 16, and was placed on an identity parade where he was picked out by the victim whom he had attempted to rape.‎

Detective Constable Chris Hammond of the Sexual Offences,Exploitation and Child Abuse Command while speaking on his conviction said:

‘Oluwadamilare Baiyewu is a dangerous, calculating, predatory rapist. He volunteered at a local church, creating the image that he was a pillar of the community, which I believe was an attempt to mask his true nature as a sexual predator. I would like to praise his victims for having the strength to come forward to police and give their evidence in court.

The streets of Thamesmead are now a safer place without the presence of Baiyewu. Despite the overwhelming evidence against him, Baiyewu refused to accept his guilt. He manipulated thelegal system to cause two trials to be adjourned which caused both victims further distress. I would like to thank the two victims in this case who maintained their commitment to the prosecution despite Baiyewu’s deliberate attempts to prolong proceedings. Thankfully their will to see Baiyewu pay for his crimes enabled the trial to proceed at the third attempt and Baiyewu was rightly convicted of all charges.".

FASEHUN APPEALING TO GOVERNMENT NOT TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPT NIGERIANS !

Founder of the Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC), Frederick Fasehun, says President Muhammadu Buhari’s  government may run into trouble if they are not careful in their fight against corruption.

Fasehun said this in an interview with Daily Independent.

“Look, I am appealing to those in power not to dig into some of these reported scams because it may unearth situations the government itself may not wish to unearth. With the way they are going, national leaders are being involved and a country boasts of its national leaders.
By the time you downgrade every national leader, you disgrace and embarrass them, and there will be no country to think of. I understand plea bargaining is going on, that is good enough”he said

WONDERS : PASTOR CAUGHT TRYING TO BURY (JUJU) CHARMS @ CRUSADE GROUND IN UMUAHIA

Wonders they say shall never end!  A man believed to be a Pastor or better still ‘Man of God’ was caught at Umuika Okwu Olokoro in Umuahia trying to bury prepared (juju) charms on a land meant to be used for a crusade tomorrow in the community.

Residents however got hold of the move and apprehended him. The man later confessed he was sent by a Popular Pastor known as Chibuike who is meant to hold the crusade, to come and bury the charms there.

He was then forced to burn them before they let him go. See more photos below…… 

EFCC ARRAIGNS METUH IN COURT FOR DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE

National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, this morning arraigned before the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja for charges bordering on destruction of evidence.

It would be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had accused ‎Metuh of allegedly tearing his written statement and attempting to chew it afterwards while he was being investigated for the money laundering case by the anti-graft commission. See two more photos below....
