DAVID CAMERON PLANING TO EXPORT GAY-LESBIAN AROUND THE WORLD

The Prime Minister David Cameron told a gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender reception in Downing Street of his personal pride at legalizing gay marriage.

‘I’m personally proud of this,’ he said. ‘I think it’s a really good step. I’ve told the Bill team I’m now going to reassign them because, of course, all over the world people would have been watching this and we’ve set something of an example of how to pass good legislation in good time.
‘Many countries are going to want to copy this. I talk about how we’ve got to export more, so I’m going to export the Bill team.
'I think they can take it around the world.’

BINI CHIEFS WANT SEEK REMOVAL OF BISHOP

Addressing a press conference in Benin City,Nigeria, the Iyase of Benin Kingdom, Sam Igbe, who spoke on behalf of the Edo Liturgical Group, said there was a deliberate attempt to ostracise Bini-speaking priests from the scheme of things by sending them abroad in the guise of training and replacing them with non-Bini priests.
While canvassing that a Bini Catholic priest should be installed as archbishop of the dioceses, Igbe said the Bini could no longer tolerate a missionary that is not ready to listen to the voice of the people and Papal directives on indigenous worship, alleging that of the 832 weekday masses in a year, only 12 are conducted in Edo language.
“We have come to the inevitable decision that Akubeze cannot justifiably continue to remain as a shepherd of the Catholic Church in Benin, a people on which he was forced and from whom he has so effectively distanced himself in a manner akin to the attitude of a maximum ruler.
“Our people want him transferred from Benin and until the church heeds this advice, it would amount to self-deception to continue to believe that they have an effective prelate in Benin. We make bold to say that Akubeze, as a pastor, is not close to the people of Benin; he is not a father or brother but a detached ruler. He is not meek, patient and merciful. He is a complete antithesis of these required qualities.”
They also alleged Akubeze’s disrespect to the Benin monarch by, according to them, locking the door against some Bini chiefs sent on a reconciliatory and peaceful mission by the Oba when he was installed as the archbishop of Benin Diocese. “Because Archbishop Akubeze has exhibited hatred for the people of Bini and their language, he has to go and a Bini priest has to be installed archbishop of our diocese,” they noted.

POLICE MAN CHASED SOME THIEVES,COLLECTED THE MONEY THE STOLE....AND RETURNED IT TO THE OWNER!!!

I saw this very interesting story from a friend page(Princess Bio-Adunni Ladejobi) that a Nigeria Police officer returns a large some of money that belong to a certain woman!!! This is very strange , but it do happened. The story read thus:
A POLICEMAN, Corporal Abu Tanko, on Friday, proved there is more to the image of the average Nigerian cop than that of a gun-totting extortionist forcing out money from motorists.

At about 1.15pm, a customer walked out of one of the commercial banks at Area 3, Abuja, clutching a polythene bag, containing the sum of N150,000 he had just withdrawn.

But as he walked to the road, a man grabbed the bag from him, jumped on a waiting motorcycle and sped off.

The customer’s shout attracted Tanko, a police motorcycle rider attached to Force Headquarters, Abuja.

The Corporal gave the thieves a hot chase. At Area 8, it dawned on the hoodlums that the game was over. They flung the bag away and fled.

Tanko returned to the scene, about 15 minutes later, with the entire sum of money intact and handed over the same to the owner, who did not believe he would ever get back his money.

A crowd, of course, had gathered. And if the looks on their faces were anything to go by, they wished every Nigerian policeman was a Corporal Abu Tanko.

MERMAID TURNS INTO OCTOPUS ?

The story going around about this strange ''mermaid'' fish saw by a certain fish seller in Ibadan a city in South-West, Nigeria is getting confused!!! This fish seller is now giving two version of contradicting statement, from this two stories now, which of it can we hold on to? Why is it that we always hid certain fact from the people? Is it true that the fish in question was a mermaid?.....

                                  STATEMENT 1
She said, “I went to where we usually buy fish at Kola Eleja, Oke Ado, Ibadan. After I finished, I boarded Okada to my place to prepare the fish for sale.
Before getting the fish out of the ice-pack, we needed to use knife to remove them and use water to de-freeze. I was shocked to see the frozen fish developed into a living being in the water, the description of which showed half human and half fish. I quickly called my father and some Alfas to see the strange fish”.
The father of the woman, a retired civil servant, Pa Rauf Salawu who corroborated the story said he had never seen such a thing before.
He narrated his own side of the story saying, “it was around 11am, when I started hearing the voice of my daughter while I was resting on my bed. She was shouting and screaming to the extent that people in the compound were attracted.
Then, I decided to check what was the problem. I took along my Quran and on getting there, my daughter had gone to call another Muslim leader in the neighborhood.
I saw the strange fish inside water in the bucket . It was strange, how can a fish bought in the cold room develop into human. That I cannot fully explain.”
Due to the crowd, police men from Mapo police station were there to control the crowd.
The fish seller was then taken into the custody of the police. Several calls made to the police were not picked.
                                         STATEMENT 2

“It was frozen dead when I discovered it. What happened was that when I saw it initially, I discountenanced it and threw it in the dustbin. But on a second thought, I picked it up again because I wanted to show it to my sister, who had been selling fish before me.
“I only wanted to ask her if she had seen a strange creature in her carton of fish before. This was the first time I would see such in the 14 years that I have been selling fish,” she said.
According to her, “I bought the carton of fish at about 9.30 a.m at Oja’Ba. As I took it out of the dustbin and held it, an Alfa came up behind me and asked me to give him the creature in my hand. The next thing he did was to bring out his phone and tried to take the picture of the creature, but his phone went dead. My brother, Saburi, also attempted taking its picture and his phone also went dead.
“There and then, I took the creature to my elder brother, also an Alfa. I was still with him when I was called to bring the creature home and show it to the mammoth crowd that had converged on our house so that they would disperse.
“But by the time I got home, there was a twist in the story. I learnt that the president of traditionalists in Ibadan had gone to report at the police station that I had a strange creature with me, which was inimical to the well-being of the people of the state.
“They had threatened that  if the creature was not handed over to them, Ibadan would experience a serious flood disaster and that the 1980 experience would be a child’s play when compared to it.
“I was invited to the station by the police where I met the traditionalist. I told the police that it was a lie that nothing disastrous would happen because what I saw was just dust and not any miracle. I made them realise that I am also a water devotee from the popular Ataoja family in Osogbo, Osun State.
“Unfortunately, I could not produce the creature yesterday (Tuesday) because one of my brothers, Aliu, ran away with the creature when the pressure of the crowd in our home became too much. We were released to go home at about 9.00 p.m. I was with my baby, Alimot, who wore no pant all through yesterday (Tuesday).
“This morning (Wednesday), however, I was called at about 9.00 a.m from Mapo Police Station that Aliu had brought the creature to the station.
From Mapo, we went to Iyaganku to see the Area Commander and then to the police command headquarters at Eleyele to see the Commissioner of Police.
“It was discovered that the creature is an octopus. Its photograph was taken and it was released to me to take home. I was interviewed by the NTA crew and I have since thrown the octopus into Gege River.”
In a telephone chat with the Oyo Police Public Relations Officer, Olabisi Ilobanafor, she confirmed to the Nigerian Tribune that the creature was an octopus and not a mermaid.
“I saw it and counted its fingers, they were eight. It was found dead among frozen fish; it was not alive,” she said.
She also urged the public to discountenance the picture of a fish with two human legs being circulated on the internet, adding that it was  not the picture of the octopus.
Ilobanafor said the fish seller was not arrested as being speculated, though police security had been provided for her.
She also warned those who might want to foment trouble to desist, saying “anybody who tries it will be arrested.”
In a related development, the state Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Princess Adetutu Akhigbe-Adeyemi has urged Yemoja and Osun worshippers in the state to be calm and not disrupt the peace of the state.

A 17-year old girl, Olajumoke Ogundumi, has been arraigned before the Ebute Meta Magistrate’s Court for allegedly stealing money put in her trust.
The police said Ogundumi, a down-syndrome patient, allegedly stole N110, 000 belonging to Blessing Arambambi and Falilat Soko.
The two counts read in part, “That you, Olajumoke Ogundumi,f, sometimes in the month of June,2013 at No. 5, Onayingbo NEPA street Mushin in the Lagos Magisterial District did steal the sum of Ninety thousand naira (N90,000.00) given to you in trust to keep by one Blessing Arabambi,f, and thereby committed an offence punishable under Section 285 (9)(b) of the criminal laws of Lagos State Nigeria, 2011.”
The Investigating Police Officer, Ogunmefun Sakirat, told the court that the complainant was in court.
However, as the suspect was helped into the dock, the magistrate, Ms S.O Solabo, objected to the continuation of the arraignment.
She asked if Ogundumi’s parents were in court.
A, man who introduced himself as a friend of the suspect’s father, said, “Her father and mother are dead. She is an orphan who stays with one of our friends.”
The magistrate demanded the presence of the defendant’s guardian and evidence that she was attending school.
She said, “I want to see the person she is living with. I will also like to have evidence of the school she attends.”
The matter was stood out.

IGBO SHOULD FORGET 2015 PRESIDENCY........NZERIBE

In a statement issued in Abuja,Senator Arthur Nzeribe declared that Igbos have crossed the Rubicon already ,emphasizing that the president’s ambition to rerun should be considered alongside a deal on what will come to the South east.
‘’’ To whom much is given, much is expected. In 2011, Igbos gave near 100% of their votes to President Goodluck Jonathan. What has the President put in place to justify the huge votes given to him by the South-East? This is not a case of Oliver Twist. It is a legitimate demand that should be met’’,the politician said.
“The issue of second NIGER BRIDGE appears to have become object of campaign for vote from the Igbos by successive Presidents in Nigeria. It should be understood that the igbos will not wish to vote on infrastructure for vote”’he said.
“The emphasis now must not be whether President Jonathan can contest 2015 Presidential election or not, but rather, it should be honest assessment of his stewardship to Nigeria, in terms of democracy dividend”.
He noted that  insinuation that President Jonathan signed a one term pact with select people in a closet should not be the business of Nigerians who are interested in seeing real dividend of democracy, adding that “Legitimately, only Nigerians can determine whether the President should be re-elected or not.
“Finally, it will not do Nigeria as a Nation any favour if the President is seen to be quarantined politically”,the senator  declared.
