IYABO OBASANJO NEVER WROTE ANY LETTER TO HIS FATHER

The people in authority are treading on a part of destruction, which can be describe as living the leprosy, to take care of a mere eczema .  ‘A nfi ete sile, pa lapa-lapa’

When Chief Olusegun Obasanjo wrote an open letter to President Goodluck Jonathan some days ago, he did so in his capacity as a Nigerian, and an elder statesman. He raised some vital issues, allegations and accused the government of some wrong doings.

To me, Obasanjo did the right thing; what the Presidency need to do is to come out and address the nation in order to diffuse the tension. However, instead for the government to come out publicly to reveal things, they have resorting to blackmail by sponsoring several damaging adverts on the social media against him rather than address his damning revelations!

The government also took it a step further by writing a sarcastic letter and fraudulently attributed it to his daughter, Iyabo Obasanjo.

What is really the problem of this people in power?

IYABO OBASANJO’S STATEMENTS:  IYABO OBASANJO (On Rainbow FM): > I have never seen or heard this sort of fabrication in my entire life! I, IYABO OBASANJO never contemplate writing a letter to my Loving Father. I speak with him almost on daily bases.

Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo is the best father in the world. He gave birth to me, he raise me up and gave me the best of Education. I wouldn't have achieve whatever I did without my father. IN FACT, WHO AM I WITHOUT MY FATHER? "As a father he never disappoint his children in any way, he is a father anybody wish to have. "If President Jonathan want to reply the letter my father wrote him, he should be man enough to reply direct. Why are they trying to make me a scape goat? I know my father very well and I don't question his judgement, I believe my father wrote his letter in the best interest of the nation. If Mr. President disagrees with some of the allegations in the letter, let
him be man enough to talk directly to my father, he should stop involving me in an issue I know nothing about.

How can you write a letter to insult my father and claim I, the daughter is the source. If that is how Ijaw people insult their father, I am a Yoruba Woman, we respect our parent in all circumstances. I IYABO OBASANJO did not write any letter. Nigerians should please take note. The purported letter is a malicious lies intended to rubish the good name of my family,
when I get to the source of the letter, I will waste no time to take the necessary legal actions.

I love my father and I never disrespect him. ‘’

IS OBASANJO A SAINT OR THE MESSIAH?...READ AUDU OGBE'S LETTER TOO

The controversy generated by  the letter written by ex – President, chief Olusegun Obasanjo to President Goodluck Jonathan accusing him of  taking actions calculated at destroying Nigeria, it will be recalled that Chief Audu Ogbeh, the then Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in 2014, wrote similar letter to him drawn his attention to their government for being responsible for the attack  in Anambra state as a way of dealing with the then governor of Anambra state, Senator Chris Ngige, following  which Obasanjo’s government came under the most scathing and blithering attacks.

In the stated letter, Chief Ogbeh seems to lay credence to the fingers pointed Ngige fell out of favours with the powers that be and several crisis which culminated in his abduction from the Anambra Government House kept ravaging the state.

It will also be recalled that no sooner than Obasanjo received the letter, Chief Audu Ogbeh was removed as chairman of the PDP. This too shows that Obasanjo is not a messiah or a saint.

Though, the points raised in Obasanjo’s  letter if it was true,  would require the action of the President Jonathan.

The letter from Chief Audu Ogbeh to Obasanjo in 2004 is reproduced below:

His Excellency,
The President, Commander-In-Chief,
Federal
Republic of Nigeria, Abuja

RE: ANAMBRA AND RELATED MATTERS

About a month ago, the nation woke up to the shocking news of a devastating attack on Anambra State resulting in the burning down of radio and television stations, hotels, vehicles, assembly quarters, the residence of the state Chief Judge and finally, Government House, Awka. Dynamite was even applied in the exercise and all or nearly most of these in the full glare of our own police force as shown on NTA for the world to see. The operation lasted three days.
That week, in all churches and mosques, we, our party, and you as Head of Government and Leader of this Nation came under the most scathing and blithering attacks. We were singly and severally accused of connivance in action and so forth. Public anger reached its peak.

Recommendation:
You set up a reconciliation committee headed by Ebonyi State Governor, Dr. Sam Egwu, and we all thought this would help calm nerves and perhaps bring about some respite. But quite clearly things are nowhere near getting better. While the reconciliation team attempted to inspect damaged sites in Anambra, they were scared away by gun fire, further heightening public anger and disdain for us.

Bomb Explosion in Government House, Awka:
On Tuesday, the 30th day of November, 2004, another shocking development; a reported bomb explosion in Government House Awka. Since then, the media, public discourse within and even outside of our borders, have been dominated by the most heinous and hateful of expletives against our party and your person and government.

It would appear that the perpetrators of these acts are determined to stop at nothing since there has not been any visible sign of reproach from law enforcement agencies. I am now convinced that the rumours and speculations making the rounds that they are determined to kill Dr. Chris Ngige may not be unfounded.

The question now is, what would be the consequences of such a development? How do we exonerate ourselves from culpability, and worse still, how do we even hope to survive it? Mr. President, I was part of the second republic and we fell. Memories of that fall are a miserable litany of woes we suffered, escaping death only by God’s supreme mercy. Then we were suspected to have stolen all of Nigeria’s wealth. After several months in prison, some of us were freed to come back to life penniless and wretched. Many have gone to their early graves un-mourned because the public saw us all as renegades.

I am afraid we are drifting in the same direction again. In life, perception is reality and today, we are perceived in the worst light by an angry, scornful Nigerian Public for reasons which are absolutely unnecessary. Mr. President, if I write in this vein, it is because I am deeply troubled and I can tell you that an overwhelming percentage of our party members feel the same way though many may never be able to say this to you for a variety of reasons.

But the buck stops at your table and in my position, not only as Chairman but also as an old friend and loyal defender of your development programmes which I have never stopped defending, I dare to think that we can, either by omission or commission allow ourselves to crash and bring to early grief, this beautiful edifice called democracy.

On behalf of the peoples Democratic Party, I call on you to act now and bring any, and all criminal, even treasonable, activity to a halt. You and you alone, have the means. Do not hesitate. We do not have too much time to waste.

A.I. Ogbeh, OFR
National Chairman, PDP.

PASTOR NEARLY HACKED HIS WIFE TO DEATH FOR NOT PARTICIPATING IN CHURCH ACTIVITIES

Daniel Samuel ,45, a Pastor with a branch of The Apostolic Church in Ode-Remo, Ogun State, southwest Nigeria has been arrested by the police for allegedly attacking his wife with a machete .

According to AfricanOutlook, the cleric was reported to have at various times alleged that his wife, Patience Udoji Samuel was not participating in prayer meetings and other church activities, and decided to teach her a bitter lesson.

The man of God (?) was said to have travelled from Ode-Remo down to Owode- Egba in Obafemi Owode local government area of Ogun State, a distance about 10 kilometres, where his wife works as a petty trader and violently attacked her following an argument between them.

It was gathered that, after realising the gravity of the havoc, he allegedly raised false alarm in the community, deceiving residents that the victim was attacked by unknown person(s).  He thereafter rushed to police station to lodge same complaint.

An elder brother of the victim, Samson Akpikie, while reacting to the sad development, noted that a family meeting was earlier scheduled for Sunday (December 15,2013) over the couple differences before the sad incident took place. However, upon further investigation by the police, the husband was said to have confessed to the crime and subsequently detained.

The Ogun Command Police Public Relations Officer Muyiwa Adejobi confirmed the incident adding that the Pastor will soon be charged to court.
His words: "The Pastor is with us, he initially lied to the Police that the wife was attacked by some men but later confessed after interrogation. As such he will soon be charged to court for false information and wounding,"

However, it was gathered that Mrs Patience Udoji  is now on danger list at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Idi-Aba, Abeokuta

GOODLUCK JONATHAN MUST ANSWER THE LETTER ADDRESSED TO HIM.

Prof. Ishaq Akintola,  Director of Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC  asserted that Obasanjo’s 18-page letter raised grave concerns over some very serious national issues , he thereby asked President Goodluck Jonathan to reply the letter addressed to him by former President Olusegun Obasanjo recently and stop ranting.

In a statement sent to SaharaReporters , the group said: “Most prominent among the issues raised in Obasanjo’s monumental missive are the allegation that the president is destroying the party; that he is currently training 1,000 snipers to deal with opposition figures; that the president is not sincere about the war on corruption and that the president has maintained a conspiratorial silence each time his clansmen threatened the rest of Nigeria.”

“Is President Jonathan waiting for angels to bring him answers from heaven?” MURUC asked.  “The issues raised are too fundamental to be brushed aside. They have to do with the core principles of democracy: probity, accountability, justice, fairplay and equal rights. They have to do with the welfare of the Nigerian people and how to bring food to the common man’s table. We are talking of the security of lives and properties and the president of this country who has been accused of training professional assassins keeps mute.

The group went further ,“That line of reasoning is myopic, infantile and therefore unacceptable,” it said, arguing that it is merely designed to mislead gullible Nigerians.  “CBN is on track on this issue of missing $49.8b. CBN is not meddling into oil exploitation or its drilling. CBN is talking about facts and figures of oil income and that is CBN’s constituency. For Allah’s sake somebody somewhere is milking Nigeria dry in preparation for 2015!” MURIC also questioned Mr. Jonathan’s take on Oduahgate, asking why he is silent on the N255m scandal.

“If the president considers Stella Oduah as a sacred cow, then he has desecrated his sacred office,” the statement said.  “This woman has been indicted by the committees which investigated her. Is there no limit to executive protection of thieves and rogues in this country? What message is Mr. President trying to pass to civil servants, artisans, teachers and students and other young Nigerians? Is Nigeria’s image irredeemable? Should honest Nigerians say goodbye to transparency out of frustration?” It called on the National Assembly to stand firm on Obasanjo’s letter, reminding them of the words of Malcolm X, “Power never takes a back step, only in the face of greater power;” the corroborative compliment of Noah Webster who said, “Power is always right, weakness always wrong. Power is always insolent and despotic,” and Thomas Jefferson’s nail in the coffin of tyrants, "Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God."

According to MURIC,: “NASS must compel President Jonathan to explain the rationale behind his actions.  NASS is the last hope of the people. Aso Rock is procrastinating and procrastination is the thief of time. Further delay is not acceptable to Nigerians. Jonathan must speak up now.”

The group noted  that Obasanjo took it upon himself to write the letter as a major stakeholder in the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP), also in his capacity as an  ex-President and former  Chairman, Board of Trustees (BOT) for several years.

“The fact that the historical letter came soon after the defection of five state governors from the PDP is quite didactic and shows the major raison d’être for Obasanjo’s letter,” it explained.

WOMAN STRIPED NAKED FOR ALLEGEDLY HAVING S*X WITH ANOTHER WOMAN'S HUSBAND

The woman in picture above was striped n*ked for allegedly having s*x with another woman's husband!  What really surprise is that the man that committed adultery with her was not stripe naked.

This is total injustice, barbaric, crude and on called for. It is also a crime against humanity that needs to be condemned in totality.

This act has become rampant in Nigeria, as if to say that men were saints. Our women needs to be respected, and treated with dignity.
