MY WIFE CLAIMED TO BE ATTENDING VIGILS..BUT CAME BACK ANOTHER MAN'S PREGNANCY !!!
“Adultery is and
has always been a major cause of divorce. This marriage is hereby dissolved
with immediate effect,” President of the Orile Agege Customary court, Chief
Bolarinwa Popoola said, while dissolving the 17-year-old marriage between
Funmilayo Kareem and her husband, Saliu.
Funmilayo, a mother of three, said: “The major reason I want to divorce him is
that he is a dirty man and he fights and curses me a lot. I do not know how I
became his wife, only God knows, I was forced to marry him, until now, I do not
know his people.
“About two years ago, he told me to follow him to a
prophet, I refused to go, so he asked me to leave and I moved out since 2012
and we have been separated since then,” she said.
Saliu, on his own denied all the allegations and urged
the court to grant his wife’s request.
“It is not true that she was
forced to marry me; we knew each other for about a year before I married her.
We even went to pay her bride price to her family. What actually happened was
that she became adulterous and I reported her to her parents.
“She claimed to be attending vigils, but I got to know
that she was sleeping around. I once did not allow her to go for the vigil but
she insisted and left without my permission.
“I went to the pastor and asked of her, the pastor denied
seeing her and he called her, which was when she said she told me a lie to
leave the house.
“The reason she came to court is that she has a child for
another man, she even left my house with the pregnancy,” he said.
WOMAN ASKS COURT TO DISSOLVE HER ONE-WEEK MARRIAGE AS SHE CAN'T BEAR HER HUSBAND P3NIS SIZE !!!
There was laughter at the Sharia Court, Samaru, Gusau,
Zamfara State, during the week, when a housewife, Aisha Dannupawa, asked
the court to dissolve her one-week marriage to her husband, Ali Maizinari,
because she could not bear the size of his penis.
The mother of three revealed that before she packed
into her husband’s house, as the tradition demanded, she was invited into his
parents house.
She told the court that “when he came, we had sex but the
experience was a nightmare. Instead of enjoying the sex, it turned out to be
something else because his penis was too big,” she told the court.
“I told my mother the experience but she told me to
endure and that with time, I will be able to cope. She then gave me some
drugs,’’ she added.
According to her, “two days later when he came to visit
me, we had s*x again, but the experience was too much to bear. It was then I
knew that I could not continue with the marriage because of the size of his
p3nis.’’
The husband, Maizinari, did not deny what his wife said.
He told the court that he was willing to divorce her but that she should pay
back the dowry and all that he spent on her during the courtship.
When he was asked to state the amount, Maizinari
disclosed that what he expected from her was N60,000.
President of the court, Alhaji Mamman Shinkafi, told the
couple to try reconciliation before the next date.

WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO FALSE RAPE ALLEGATIONS 2-YEAR AFTER
Nicole Richess, 20,
has pleaded guilty to making false rape allegations against two soldiers
because she did not want to admit she had been unfaithful to her boyfriend,
according to the Crown Prosecution Service.
A CPS spokeswoman
said that Nicole made false allegations when she was aged 18, led to the
soldiers being disciplined by the Army and the investigation put on their
service records.
Following the
conviction, Sophie Stevens, senior crown prosecutor for the Rape and Serious
Sexual Offences team at the CPS, said: "Rape is a very serious criminal
offence and happens when someone has not consented to a sexual act.
"Nicole
Richess was not raped; she made two false allegations against two soldiers
because she had been confronted by her boyfriend who had been made aware that
she had been unfaithful.
"The
investigation by Dorset Police into her allegations revealed that on Friday 9
November 2012, she went out for the evening with girlfriends in Bournemouth.
They went clubbing and she, with one of her friends, met four young men, Army
soldiers.
"Nicole
Richess then took the two soldiers to her home where they had sexual
intercourse.
"What she
did not know is that her boyfriend of three years would be aware of what
happened through rumours, as a result he confronted her.
"Scared she
started to make up stories and after three days of being pressurised by her
boyfriend she went to the police and said she had been raped.
"She
maintained her story during the police investigation, which quickly revealed
discrepancies in her statement.
"Her
selfishness and lies had serious consequences professionally and personally on
the two young men, who had to be disciplined according to the Army policy. The
investigation went on their record and this limited their opportunities to be
mobilised abroad.
"Their
private lives had been exposed only because Nicole Richess could not take
responsibility for her actions.
"We hope
that with this conviction, they will be able to move on with their lives."
