A housewife, Mrs Titi
Kareem, has dumped her husband, Mr Rafiu Kareem.for impregnating a
mentally-ill woman in Lagos.
It was learnt that Mrs Kareem, however, filed a suit before a
Customary Court sitting in Ejigbo area of the state, seeking for the
dissolution of the 13-year-old marriage.
The mother of four kids, already moved out of her matrimonial home at Igando Road, Ikotun, Lagos said she could not cope with the behaviour of her husband because she no longer loved him, urging the court to dissolve the marriage.
The embittered woman told the court that she got to know that her husband impregnated the mentally sick woman after the police arrested him over the death of the woman who died due to pregnancy-related complications.
She said it was at that time Kareem opened up to her that he impregnated the deceased and that apart from the shameful act of impregnating an insane woman , her hubby had been exhibiting strange behaviour towards her and their children and did not take care of them.

Okagbare who confirmed her displeasure over the development via Twitter from her base in Los Angeles, USA .She said:
“I just wanted to be patient at first, but my agent is not happy because he thinks I am a woman and very far from home too.
Someone out there is using
my image, footage and everything I have worked for to make money through advert
and campaign without seeking my approval. If an advert is being made with my
footage and I am not aware of it, it shows how some of my countrymen back home
can be so selfish, disrespecting and have no regard for people’s privacy.”
“Now, I am here
struggling on my own to pay my coach, nutritionist, doctor and others to make
sure I am in good shape for the All African Games and the IAAF World
Championship in Beijing, China, later in the year, and some people back home
are using my image and footage for presidential campaign advertorial without
seeking for my approval.
This is fraudulent because
I am totally not in support of it. We called the people (GoodHouse Nigeria) and
they denied using my image and footage for PDP presidential advertorial. Who
did it then? Why are they lying?”
“It is
not about financial support. It is about me and what I represent,” she said.

of former governor of Kogi state, Prince Abubakar Audu ,on Friday, March 6th,
2015 told Justice Adegbola O. Adeniyi of the Federal Capital Territory High
Court sitting in Abuja, that several millions of naira totalling
about N926m were lodged into Diamond bank account of Bulkom Nigeria Ltd,
between May 29th, 2001 and July 23rd , 2003 when Audu held sway as the governor
of the State.
The prosecuting counsel tendered a statement of account from Diamond Bank
showing the transactions of the lodgements which was admitted in evidence by
the court and marked exhibit P1 54a-b.
Agagara, a relationship
officer with Diamond Bank Plc, who
is also the account officer of Bulkom Nig Ltd identified the exhibit and
further told the court that he printed the said statement from the banks’
system when he was invited by the EFCC.
It is alleged that the
ex-Kogi state governor was stealing money from the First bank account of
Directorate of Rural Development of Kogi State and was lodging it into the
Diamond bank Plc account of Bulkom Nigeria Ltd, a company that handled most of
his building projects during his tenure.
The case has been
adjourned to March 31st and April 1st & 2nd, 2015 for continuation of hearing.
Prince
Audu is being prosecuted alongside a former Director General of the Directorate
of Rural Development in his administration, Alfa Ibn Mustapha, for offences
bordering on criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of public funds to
the tune of N10,965,837,040 (ten billion, nine hundred and sixty five million,
eight hundred and thirty seven thousand and Forty Naira).
FORMER BENUE ACCOUNTANT-GENERAL ON N1.5BILLION SCAM

Joseph, is currently being prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes
Commission, EFCC, for offences bordering on obtaining by false pretence. Justice Donatus Okorowo of the Federal High Court, Jalingo,

STILL ON AGWAI'S REMOVAL..JONATHAN'S GOVERNMENT IS WINNER TAKES ALL...TSAV
Alhaji Abubakar
Tsav has condemned the removal of General Martin Luther Agwai of his
appointment as chairman of the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme
(SURE-P).
According
to former Commissioner of Police, the move shows that the People’s Democratic
Party (PDP) was running a government of, ‘Winner takes all.”
Tsav noted: “This
is not a good enough for the country as it depicts intolerance, greed and
selfishness. The sack must have served as a relief to General Agwai who
reluctantly accepted the job. In addition, he did not allow the job to affect
his thinking, judgment and loyalty cum esprit de corps towards his superior
officer and former C-in-C, General Olusegun Obasanjo.”
Tsav said that
the SURE-P job did not influence or deflect Agwai from speaking the truth,
hence his presentation during OBJ’s 78th birthday day celebration, criticizing the leadership of Nigeria.
Tsav opined that
the way Agwai spoke was how military officer worth their rank were expected to
act and behave.
“If President
Jonathan offered Agwai the job to garner his support by silencing him, then he
grossly miscalculated,” said Tsav. “Military generals are not usually that mean
and cheap.”
He said that he
was happy that Agwai was not stoned for his uttering the word ‘change’ in his
presentation. According
to Tsav, as officer worth his or her commission, should say and stand by his or
her word. “That’s what makes an officer. Congratulations Agwai,” said Tsav.
