INCREDIBLE: TELL MY HUSBAND TO RELEASE MY SIX PANTS~~ WIFE BEGS COURT

An estranged wife, Toyin Ogunminiyi, yesterday, urged a customary court sitting in Ikole-Ekiti to dissolve her 20-year-old marriage and to help effect the release of six pairs of her panties in her husband’s possession. Other personal belongings the complainant sought for retrieval from her husband, Tope, include two native dresses, one jeans skirt and a plastic basin.

She claimed that her husband was constantly beating her and tearing her dresses in public, in addition to accusing her of adultery.

The complainant, who described her husband as a drunk, said he had abandoned his responsibilities to the family.

She, however, sought the custody of their four children, urging the court to compel her husband to give her N20,000 monthly feeding allowances.

The plaintiff, who denied the allegation of adultery against her, said she engaged in menial jobs in order to cater for the family.

She told the court: “My husband, a commercial motorcyclist, always spends his money on alcohol and his concubines. He does not take proper care of the children and I. I am seeking dissolution of our association as well as the release of my pants in his house.”

However, in defending himself, the husband, who did not deny his drinking habit, accused his wife of adultery.

He said: “I do not want this woman again, she is adulterous.”

The President of the three-man panel, Mrs Yemisi Ojo, adjourned the matter till February 6 for further hearing.

Kiran and Jyoti Matharoo
Two sisters , Kiran and Jyoti Matharoo failed to show up in court today to continue a hearing on their case, and have been issued bench warrant.

Recall that there were reports that the sisters quietly left the country last week ahead of their scheduled appearance at the Yaba Magistrate Court. Read the report after the cut...
"The two sisters alongside their Nigerian accomplice, Babatunde Oyebode a.k.a Baudex are currently facing charges of extortion, cyber-bullying and blackmail.
The trio met their waterloo after trying to blackmail billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola

The case, with file no. A/203/2016, which is between the Lagos state commissioner of police and the 3 defendants following a petition filed to the police by Otedola, was called up at about 10:03 am on Wednesday.

Only Oyebode and his legal counsel showed up, spotting a brown blazer and black trousers, Oyebode briskly walked to the stand.

When queried by the presiding judge, Justice E.A Ojo on the whereabouts of the girls, Oyebode quickly stated that he had no knowledge of their whereabouts.

After having a brief chat with court officials, Justice Ojo issued a bench warrant for the girls and placed an order for their sureties to show cause. Justice Ojo then filed for the case to be transferred to the Federal high court in Lagos.

The matter has been adjourned to the 1st of March 2017.

The absence of the ladies in court today has fueled rumors that the two sisters allegedly fled Nigeria silently last week. It is believed the sisters are still in possession of some digital copies of compromising pictures and videos of randy businessmen and politicians discovered on laptops and iPads seized from them by the Nigerian police."

COURT SENTENCED POLICE OFFICER TO 12 YEARS FOR CAUSING THE DEATH OF ABUJA BANKER ...7 YEARS AFTER !

Justice Silvanus C. Oriji of the Federal High Court , Abuja, sentenced a police officer, Olotu Owoicho, to 12 years imprisonment for causing the death of one Mrs. Doris Nonye Okere.

The deceased Mrs Doris Nonye Okere, who was a cashier with the then Bank PHB at Wuse Zone 1 branch, lost her life on January 31, 2011 when the convict of Squadron 44 and chief security officer in charge of all security operatives at Zenith Bank, Mpape, opened fire on a taxi conveying the deceased with her barely 11-month old son to work.

Owoicho was said to have pulled the trigger when the taxi driver allegedly ignored his warning not to make a u-turn in front of the bank. Bullets from his gun instantly killed late Doris, forcing sympathisers to set the bank ablaze.

Owoicho, father of four, was subsequently arraigned on 28 June, 2011, on a two-count charge of culpable homicide punishable with death and also causing grievous harm by reckless use of firm arm.

After listening to the plea of Owoicho’s Counsel, Barrister Noah Imoni, urging the court to temper justice with mercy as he had been in prison custody since December 31, 2011, the judge sentenced him to the term of 12 years, running retrospectively from 28 June, 2011.

With one of his daughters
Simon Odo Okoro a.k.a Onuwa, 70, a herbalist, has divorced his 57 wives. The herbalist who vowed not to marry again has accused some of his children of allegedly sleeping with some of them.

However, Onuwa, who calls himself King of Satan broke his vow not marry again by quickly remarrying one of the youngest of his divorced wives, an 18 year old Chidinma.

Onuwa said that the new wife whom he divorced pleaded with him to marry her so that she could take care of him as an old man.
“The girl who lured me to marry her returned from the United States. She told me to marry her so that she would take care of me as an old man. She is from Enugu State. However, a month after the marriage was consummated, she told me to sack the youngest one, Chidinma and I became furious with her because that was not why I married her. I beat her and she left,” he said.

On the allegation that some of his children (names withheld) not only slept with some of his wives but planned to kill him, he said that he would disown any of his sons involved in criminal activities.

Onuwa married the 57th wife in November 2015 and vowed not to marry again, having had a fair share of women in his life.
