PHOTOS: BOY BATHES FEMALE FRIEND WITH ACID DURING HER BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION !

Victoria Emmanuel,14, has been left badly scalded after her 13-year-old friend, Moshood Yusuf, bathed her with acid during the victim's birthday celebration on March 29th,2017, at Mafoluku, Oshodi area of Lagos State.

It was gathered that while her peers were pouring water on her body, the boy entered a woman’s shop, brought out a bottle and emptied its content on Victoria.

When newsmen visited the victim’s No. 1, Baba Elegbe Street, Mafoluku residence yesterday, Yusuf’s parents were there suing for peace. .

Victoria, who just returned from the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), where she was being treated, said she told Yusuf not to pour the content of the bottle on her since they did not know what was inside.

Moshood’s mother, Mrs. Ganiyat Yusuf, insisted that the incident was a mistake, adding that her son would not hurt anyone intentionally.

“It was just a mistake. In fact, Moshood also got burnt by the acid on his chest and leg. .
He didn’t know the content of the bottle and since they were jubilating, he poured it on her without knowing.

It’s a regrettable mistake. But what we want is for peace to reign. We don’t want a situation where both families would start fighting over it or the two children becoming enemies.”

XENOPHOBIA: NIGERIAN MAN KILLED IN SOUTH AFRICA IN FRESH ATTACK !

Nigerian, Razak Ajao, yesterday was killed during a mob attack against foreigners in Polokwane, Limpopo Province of South Africa. Four others were injured.

The Acting Nigerian High Commissioner to South Africa, Mr Martins Cobham, confirmed the incident. “I can confirm that a Nigerian, Razak Ajao, an auto mechanic was killed and four others injured".

The Nigerian mission has formally registered a protest to the South African ministry of foreign affairs on this sad incident.

The ministry said they would get back to the mission and that is the situation we are now,” he said, adding that the mission had also reported the attacks to the South African police.

However, Mr Ralph Nwachukwu, a Nigerian national in South Africa, put the death toll at two.

He said two Nigerians, were killed during the attack which took place when Nigerians resident in Polokwane, were holding a meeting.

According to one Chris Bankz, he wrote: ".......to buttress on this story, I saw a video of a xenophobic attack on Facebook. it was so terrible to watch. u need to see how a south African was repeatedly shooting a foreigner on his head even when the person had already died. the bullets tore the head open. now two people are dead again. its so unfair. why do I feel that their government is in support of this attacks? what tangible thing have they done to show that they are fighting against these xenophobic activities? may the soul of the departed rest in peace."

NIGERIAN MAN ARRESTED AFTER HIS SWISS WIFE DISCOVERED HE DECEITFULLY MARRIED OTHER 14 WOMEN IN NIGERIA !

A Nigerian man has been arrested after his Swiss wife, Tanja, discovered, that he has deceitfully married 14 other women in Nigeria.

According to Kingsley Ughe who shared the story, the man who has been identified as Christopher A.J Benard, is from Edo State, is unemployed in Switzerland and is also a father to the Swiss lady's 4 children.

Here's what Kingsley wrote;

"MEET CHRISTOPHER EHIFOH ALIAS CHRISTOPHER A.J. BENARD, WHO STALKS, PREYS AND DECEIVES WOMEN IN THE NAME OF MARRIAGE

His real name iChristopher Ehifoh.. But he operates under different aliases. His most recent alias is Christopher A.J Bernard. He is from Edo state, precisely Obedu in Uromi.. Age is between 45 to 49 but he claims to be 35 to unwary victims.

He lives in Pratteln, Switzerland. where he is married to a white lady, Tanja, a hard working nurse.
Christopher is unemployed and unemployable in Switzerland partly because of educational status and more because of his immigration status.

Tanja works and runs the bill at home. Christopher cooks and tends the home while Tanja works herself to death as Nurse to pick the bills at home and save some money for Christopher to occasionally send to Africa.
Tanja has four children for this master of deceit: Alain, Laura, Nicholas and Mary. All of them are on Facebook.

The eldest son is 18 years. The twin girls are in their 16 while Nicholas, the last child is 14.
Christopher is a serial philander and an unrepented womaniser. However , his own womanising is of the most dangerous strain.

Christopher actually lures young unwary girls into marriages , bed them and run away to Switzerland while changing his sim cards immediately. To achieve this, he is always in Nigeria every year after deceiving Tanja that he is exploring investment potentials for both of them in Nigeria.
He is dangerous and reputed to have conducted marriage ceremonies with three ladies in Delta, Lagos and Benin within one year.

Since the past ten years, Christopher has married more than 10 to 12 women here in Nigeria in elaborate wedding ceremonies.
His mode of operation is simple, he comes with stories of how he left Nigeria as a young man after the death of his parents. He would spin a tale that would require the female victim to accept a wedding plan with Christopher hirelings as family.

Christopher is a habitual liar who invent falsehoods not to gain any end or even to deceive his victims, but to amuse himself. It is partly practice and partly habit. It requires an effort in him to speak truth. That is exactly the case of Christopher Ehifoh alias Christopher A.J.Bernard.
They would come in motorcades and pay the bride price of the girl involved. He would bed the girl throughout his stay and take her to his house in Uromi where he would abandoned the girl. Until his family ....mostly his younger brothers who largely depend on him for sustainance will throw the poor girl out.

In other occasion, Mr. Philanderer would actually rent a cheap apartment. Furnish it sparsely and take his supposed new bride there. He would romp with her until such a time he would  be leaving the country back to his Switzerland. Upon arrival, he changes his sim card and that would be it. No thought for the abandoned girl or her family.

Recently Christopher took matters to a dizzying height when he married two ladies within the same year. One of the ladies is from the same Edo state with Mr. Philanderer, while the other is from Delta state.

Somewhat and ironically, Christopher wanted to actually "settle" with the Edo girl. He organised an elaborate wedding and invited even his real family this time. That was two months after he did another elaborate traditional wedding in Delta state with a Lady he abandoned in her father's house....Esther.

The Edo girl ,contrary to Christopher's instructions published and displayed all her wedding pictures with Christopher on her Facebook page.
All hell broke loose. So far, about 14 women have surfaced to identify Christopher as their "husband"with evidence to back it up.

Tanja got wind of all these development and promptly contacted JLAA and through JLAA's help got Christopher to run out of Nigeria. He resurfaced in Switzerland and was promptly arrested and locked up for various offences bothering on advance fee fraud, bigamy and criminal deceit.
Back here , JLAA is busy compiling records and names of victims. There are some of the ladies with whom he contracted marriages under the Marriage Act, laws of the federation of Nigeria. That has its own implications too.

A law suit awaits him when the Swiss authority are done with him and he is deportee to Nigeria. His last wife has taken possession of his car and some house hold properties he left in Nigeria here in a house they both lived as husband and wife. To our chagrin, Christopher family are coming forward to threaten the poor girl that she must surrender the car and house hold items otherwise they would go place a "curse on her".

JLAA has taken steps to protect the lady involved. Petition has been written to IG office and law suit has been filed. The other unlucky " wives" must move on and be happy that this criminal will face the law at the end of the day.
Please share to warn all about the extent people can go to get in between a lady's legs."

IF NIGERIA IS BROKEN INTO COMPONENT...NORTHERN PART WILL BE THE POOREST~~EMIR OF KANO

Emir of Kano, Sanusi Muhammad II says if Nigeria were to break up into components today, Northern N‎igeria would be the poorest countries in the world.

The Monarch said this in his key note address during the opening ceremony of Kaduna State’s Investment and Economic summit (KADINVEST), titled ‘Promoting Investment Amidst Economic Challenges’ in Kaduna state today April 5th.

Emir stressed that it would be a disservice to use the standard of living of Nigerians residing in oil rich Niger Delta or commercially viable Lagos and business oriented south-east, to compare that of the North. According to the Emir, the North East and North West regions are the most poorest regions in the country and even in the world. ‎

"As far back at 2000, I looked at the numbers, Borno and Yobe states, UNDP figures, Borno and Yobe states, if they were a country on their own, were poorer than Niger, Cameroon and Chad. Nobody saw this because we were looking at Nigeria as a country that averages the oil-rich Niger Delta, the industrial and commercial-rich Lagos, the commercially viable southeast, and you have an average.Break Nigeria into its component parts, and these parts of the country are among the poorest, if it were a country. And we do not realise we are in trouble”‎he said Continuing the monarch said "Other Muslim countries have pushed on. We are fighting culture, we are fighting civilisation. You tell me that you should not write love book in northern Nigerian.‎ What is the crime of those books?” he asked.
He decried the burning of science books in some parts of the North due to religious beliefs. On the culture of marrying more than one wife and given birth to children without proper Family planning, Sanusi said
“Of what benefit is it to the north, having three million children roaming about?” he asks.

Both the second and third defendants, Adedoyin and Bashir, pleaded not guilty to the charges..
However, the first defendant, Nwosu, pleaded guilty to the charge preferred against him.
Counsel to the first defendant, Adaku Ngbangba, pleaded with the court to grant her client bail on self-recognizance, adding that “he is a first-time offender. He has put in over 20 years in service. Given his honestly, I urge you, my Lord, to grant him bail on liberal terms.’’
Counsels to the second defendant, Ngbangba, as well as counsel to the third defendant, Nelson Imoh, also pleaded with the court to grant their clients bail on self-recognizance.
In his address, the prosecution counsel, Rotimi Oyedepo,  told the court that the first defendant had entered a plea bargain agreement with the Commission.
He said: “We received the sum of $115 million kept in the custody of Fidelity Bank Plc, which was subsequently converted to N23bn.

“Of this amount of money, it was alleged that the first defendant received a cash payment of N30, 000,000. 00  as Director and Administrative Secretary, INEC, Kwara State.
“The first defendant went to Fidelity Bank and signed for N264, 880,000. This was left in the bank in the custody of the third defendant who carried it in a Hilux bus and was making cash payment/withdrawals without going through any financial institutions.
"In the course of making the cash payments, the third defendant paid the first defendant the total sum of N30, 000,000.00 cash."

Oyedepo further told the court that the first defendant was invited to the Commission’s office, where he made his statement under words of caution.
He stated that the receipt of payment of the money signed for by the first defendant was also retrieved by the Commission.

Both the statement and the receipt were tendered and admitted as exhibits A-A6 by the court.
Oyedepo also told the court that the first defendant had admitted essentially to the ingredients of the alleged offence in his statement to the Commission on December 12, 2016.
The first defendant in his statement, according to Oyedepo, admitted to have benefitted N30, 000,000. 00.

Oyedepo, in his address, also stated that “the first defendant also gave account of the properties he used the money to acquire.
“He brought the title documents to the EFCC office.
“Having demonstrated remorse and given useful information to aid the prosecution of the case, he has entered into an agreement to forfeit the properties to the Federal Government. The properties are listed in the paragraphs 1 and 2 of the plea bargain agreement.
“The EFCC has recovered the N5m left from the first defendant, having spent N25m to acquire properties."

He also urged the court to convict the first defendant in line with the count seven of the charges and adopt the term contained in the plea bargain agreement.
Consequently, Justice Idris found the first defendant liable as charged on count seven.
He, however, deferred the sentencing of the first defendant to May 7, 2017.
The first defendant was ordered to be remanded in the EFCC custody till the next adjourned date.
Justice Idris admitted both t the second and third defendants to bail in the sum of N50 million, with two sureties in like sum.
The sureties must have landed properties within the jurisdiction of the court.
The second and third accused persons must submit their international passport to the court.
