10 NIGERIAN HIP-POP ARTISTES THAT HAVE PROMOTED FRAUDSTERS~~Falz

For hours now, a huge pot of boiling well kept hate embellished with rage and jealousy, has spewed over on the internet in form of harsh, lame and downright hateful unwarranted tweets, IG comments and what not towards rapper Falz, for having the audacity to not only mention.

FRAUDS/FRAUDSTERS but, also chastise artistes who use their music to promote the heart-wrenching, murderous trade. This event may have just taken a new turn with fresh facts presented on the length at which this theme has thrived in the industry.

With all the hate finally paving the way for some low self-esteemed, mentally displaced, self-loathing individuals to suddenly be consumed with ego and bragging rights they lack in real life, it should be noted that these norm (glorifying fraud/fraudsters) have actually been in play for a very long time.

To the carriers of the slogan 'I was not born with a silver spoon in my mouth, so I must 'Chache', here are 10 songs by Nigerian acts promoting fraudsters.

D'Banj - Mobolowowon
Olu Maintain - Yahoozee
Kelly Hansome - Maga Don Pay
Reminisce - 2Mussh
9ice - Living Things
Olamide - Prayer For Client
Junior Boy ft 9ice - Irapada [Now this song was meant to be about redemption but instead, it had the artistes hailing fraudsters and giving a couple of them cameo appearances in the video)
Shobzy ft CDQ, Ycee - Eruku Remix
Small Doctor - Penalty
Olalakeside - Elegushi Spender

Heated debates, shades and the likes, have for hours on end been taking place all over the country as to if Falz is right or not. With some agreeing Falz is right, but should have just turned a blind eye like few others have been doing, and others suddenly locating the writing spirit in them, composing lengthy open letters....what do you guys really think? Is Falz right and if he is , will he win the brewing war?

NOTORIOUS KIDNAPPER EVANS OBTAINED GHANAIAN PASSPORT UNDER FAKE NAME 'ASARE NELSON'~~IGP IDRIS

The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has revealed that Nigerian billionaire kidnapper, Chukwudubem Onwuamadike, also known as Evans, did not only fraudulently secure a Ghanaian passport, but also acquired one for the wife and two of his children.

The IGP was speaking in an interview with Ghanaian medium, Joy News, where he disclosed that Evans was issued a Ghanaian passport this year under a fake name, Asare Nelson in Accra.

The Ghanaian passport was found on Evans during when he was arrested on June 10 in his home in Lagos.

According to the news outlet, the IG revealed that Evans’ wife and two children are also in possession of Ghanaian passports.

He explained that the Nigerian passport of his wife bears the name Uchenna Precious Onwuamadike issued at the Abuja passport headquarters while her Ghanaian passport bears the name Precious Asare born sometime in July of 1985.

The children’s passports also bear the last name Asare all issued in Accra, according to Idris.

A document signed by Assistant Commissioner of Police, ACP Abba Kyari and presented to the IGP revealed that Evans has moved his wife and five children to Ghana because of the nature of his business.

IGP Idris also revealed that the kidnapper’s residence in Ghana is located at the Spintex Road in Accra and that the duplex structure is where Mrs. Uchenna Precious Onwuamadike resides with their children.

He said the Nigerian police is very interested in the case because Evans kidnapped people and took ransom in United States dollars.

He said he will collaborate with the Ghana Police Service because Evans’ acts go beyond the shores of Nigeria.

Idris said, “I requested for my force in Nigeria to send me some documents to share with the IGP to show him the locations of all his property in Ghana as well as copies of his passports.

“Evans owns two big plush duplexes in Accra.”

“I hope Ghanaian police can take the fraudulent acquisition of passport up to block people like him from acquiring Ghanaian passports through dubious means,” he said.

According to the IGP, the documents available to them so far revealed that Evans’ victims are all Nigerians.

QUEEN ELIZABETH II REPORTED TO POLICE FOR NOT WEARING SEAT BELT !

The Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth II, has been reported to West Yorkshire Police for not wearing a seat belt in the official car for the State Opening of Parliament. A 999 call was said to have been made by someone saying the monarch was not strapped in while being driven through London.

The phone call was confirmed in a tweet by the West Yorkshire force, which added the hashtags #not999 #notevenwestyorkshire.

Civil and criminal proceedings cannot be taken against the Queen in UK law.

The Queen travelled to Westminster alongside Prince Charles for the formal start of the Parliamentary year.

Her press office said it would not comment on the tweet.

Tom Donohoe, of West Yorkshire Police, said too often 999 calls were made for non emergencies.
"I cannot stress enough that the 999 number is for emergencies only," he said, adding that the force typically received more than 1,000 emergency calls a day.

It has previously published a list of inappropriate 999 calls that have taken up police time, including a fly being in a bedroom and a mouse on the loose.

As for the law regarding seat belts, the government website says: "You must wear a seat belt if one is fitted in the seat you are using."

It adds you can be fined £500 for not doing so, but there are some exceptions such as drivers reversing or a vehicle being used by police, fire or rescue services.

The Royal Family website says "the Queen is careful to ensure that all her activities in her personal capacity are carried out in strict accordance with the law".

GREEN CARD SCAM: AMERICAN MAN SENT TO KIRIKIRI PRISON

An Ikeja High Court on Thursday remanded an American citizen, Marco Ramirez, at Kirikiri Maximum Prison for allegedly defrauding three Nigerians in a $ 565,000  green card and investment scam.

Mr. Ramirez was remanded following his not-guilty plea to a 16-count charge of obtaining money under false presences.

He was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The EFCC prosecutor, V. O. Aigboje, alleged that the accused, managing director of three companies – USA Now Plc., Eagleford Instalodge Group and USA Now Capital Group – committed the offences between February 2013 and August 2013.

Mr. Aigboje said Mr. Ramirez fraudulently received 545,000 dollars from Godson Echejue to invest in his company, Eagleford Instalodge Group, in order to procure an American green card (residence permit) for him (Echejue).

He also allegedly received 10,000 dollars from Abubakar Umar through a non-existent investment programme in the U.S., which was billed to make Mr. Umar eligible to obtain an American passport.

The EFCC also accused Mr. Ramirez of illegally receiving 10,000 dollars from one Olukayode Sodimu under the pretext that the funds were facilitation fees with the American Immigration Services for an American green card.

After Mr. Ramirez took his plea, Mr. Aigboje requested that he be taken from the custody of EFCC to prison custody.

“There are no bed spaces available in the commission. I apply that the defendant be remanded in prison custody,” she said.

Chukwudi Maduka, the defence counsel, in his submission, requested that Mr. Ramirez be kept in the custody of EFCC and not in the custody of the Nigerian Prison Service.

“Ever since my client has been in the custody of the EFCC, we are just seeing this charge for the very first time today.

“He is already on EFCC bail in Abuja and his International passport has been forfeited as part of his bail conditions.

“We will like to file an application for his bail today.

“We pray that the defendant be remanded in the custody of the EFCC pending the time my Lord hears the bail application,” he said.

Justice Josephine Oyefeso, however, rejected Mr. Maduka’s request and ordered that Mr. Ramirez be remanded in prison.

“The proper place for remand is prison custody and I so order.

“The case is, hereby, adjourned to July 3 for hearing of the defendant’s bail application,” she said.
