CANADIAN BASED NIGERIAN RELATIONSHIP COACH WHO GOT PREGNANT @ 19 AND FACED ABUSE ....SHARES HER STORY

Canada based Nigerian relationship coach Abiola Makanjuola, has shared her inspiring story with the world; she revealed how she got pregnant at 19 and had to leave her baby's daddy at 23 due to their toxic relationship.

Read her story below:

“Got pregnant at the age of 19, was zero’d out, condemned, alone and lost
Became a mother & thought it best to make it official with my son’s dad at the age of 20
Got into unhealthy patterns in our relationship that led to emotional abuse and toxicity for the most part. Finally got the courage to separate at the age of 23 after going through an abortion and Sexually Transmitted Disease.

This started my downward spiral into involving myself in multiple toxic relationships between the ages of 24 – 27

Confused, lost, dark, toxic relationships was my drug of choice. Felt unworthy, self-esteem dragging on the floor begging to be picked up, had little or no confidence, gave up my power to define who I was to other people because I just hated the woman I had become. I constantly questioned why I was so different and abnormal.

My body defined my worth. I clearly had nothing to offer. My single motherhood didn’t even help. They said I couldn’t do any better because of my baggage. I agreed with them and gave them my power. It was their word over mine.

Finally got tired of engaging in this toxic cycle and decided to embrace my difference. At this point, I was tired! I was sick! I was done! I found my light towards the end of 2016.
Found the love I had been seeking the whole time in myself. Things started clicking. I found my purpose. I realized I had a story to tell and was determined to share. I was worthy and enough the whole time and didn’t even know it. I finally found my voice and I promised myself to speak my truth.

I promised God that if he took me out of my misery and showed me the way, I will spend the rest of my life serving.

Currently serving and growing a tribe of women who believe in their power to create their stories and would do anything to make it happen."

HOW A LAVISH WEDDING PARTY COST FATAI OWOSENI HIS JOB AS LAGOS COMMISSIONER OF POLICE (PHOTOS &VIDEO)

"........It was a much talked-about wedding.
First the engagement/traditional ceremony which held in Lagos in May of 2017.
Everyone that can be tagged a celebrity was in attendance including monarchs.
It was more of a fairy tale wedding.
For Aminat Owoseni, one of the beautiful daughters of the former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, it was a dream come true getting married to Abayomi Apooyin.
The white wedding that took place in June 2017 was in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. It was also a dream come true.

The destination wedding ceremony was as classy as it was expensive. The bride must really have been excited at her choice because just like her father, Apooyin is also a police officer and said to be based in Ohio....."
If only she knew that the dream wedding would cost her father his enviable job.
“It was too extravagant. Its unthinkable that a public officer of such level would have a destination wedding for his daughter and then, fly performing artistes and comedians abroad. It was in bad taste and when his transfer was announced in August, many weren’t surprised,” a source in the police revealed.

For the destination wedding, which was packaged and planned by Elizabeth R, (company owned by Ibidun Ighodalo), Nigerian artiste, Korede Bello, was invited to perform.

Immediately the wedding was over and he returned to Lagos, Nigeria, plans were already in place to remove him as Commissioner of Police. He got the signal by August 29 to vacate office.
Imohinmi Edgal, a recently decorated Commissioner of Police, was nominated to replace him.
In a report published by Saharareporters, Mr. Owoseni, whose first redeployment in February was blocked by the Oba of Lagos, himself a former top police officer, has been assigned to head the administrative division of the Force Criminal Investigation Division (CID) at the police headquarters in Abuja but Owoseni resisted his redeployment and embarked on efforts to reverse the process.

Prior to that, Mr. Owoseni reportedly reached out to his godfathers to intervene with President Muhammadu Buhari to reverse his redeployment but unknown to them the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Kpotun Idris had specifically asked permission from the president to replace Owoseni and complained that he was having a hard time doing so. President Buhari told him that since he is IG of Police, he is empowered to run the police force without interference.

Lagos is the cash cow of corrupt senior police officers, Owoseni it was learnt made a huge profit from policing Lagos as shown by a lavish wedding held for his daughter in the US earlier this year where A-list comedians and musicians were flown to Ohio for the wedding.

SEUN EGBEGBE'S FRAUD CASE: JUDGE ORDER' POLICE OFFICER' WITNESS

The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the arrest of a police officer, Bello Abubakar, listed as the first prosecution witness in the case of a Nigerian film maker, Olajide Kazeem, aka Seun Egbegbe, who was charged with serial frauds involving N39, 098,100, $90,000 and £12,550.

The trial judge in the case, Justice Oluremi Oguntoyinbo, said on Thursday that Abubakar must be produced before her on October 11 to continue his testimony.

The judge had earlier issued a bench warrant against Abubakar, ordering that he must be in court on Thursday. The police officer, however, failed to appear, to the judge’s displeasure. The police prosecutor, Innocent Anyigor, told the judge that Abubakar had gone out of jurisdiction, adding that all his efforts to bring him to court on Thursday failed.

Justice Oguntoyinbo berated the police prosecutor for the poor handling of the case, which had been filed before her since February. She said the witness must be brought before her on October 11.
