21ST CENTURY ENSLAVEMENT: SAUDI WOMAN ARRESTED FOR DRIVING..

A woman who tried to drive in defiance of a ban on ‘women drivers’ in Saudi Arabia has been arrested  at the border with the United Arab Emirates for a day. Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world which does not allow women to drive.

"I have been at the Saudi border for 24 hours. They don't want to give me my passport nor will they let me pass," Loujain Hathloul, the arrested woman said in a tweet. Continue below...

 A 24-year old man has slapped Bollywood super star, Gauahar Khan for daring to wear a dress too revealing for a Muslim. Khan was invited to host the grand finale of a singing competition at the Film City in Goregaon, Mumbai, before the angry fan came out of the audience went on stage and gave her a dirty slap.

CRIME: TWO UNDERGRADUATES ARRESTED FOR ROBBERY

Two undergraduates have been arrested for robbery and gun possession by Imo state police command.
One of the students, Ifeakachukwu Nwofor, a 200-level student of Government and Public Administration at the Imo State University (IMSU), was arrested and found in his possession a locally made pistol concealed in a notebook. Nwofor, who also claimed to be a member of a secret cult, KKK, said he was merely protecting himself with the gun!

  It was also learnt that another student of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede , one Chinemerem Obielu, was also found in possession of a pistol during a stop-and search at a checkpoint at Nekede in Owerri West Local Government Area of Imo State.
