Nigeria i hail thee. Why
is it that in my country Nigeria, that what you cannot imagine that will ever
happen in the 21st century is happening right here in Nigeria? Is it
a must that if someone is incapable to lead a government position due to health related issues, must die on that post? Or is it now a norm that a wife of elected public
holder is also elected? The political class in Nigeria are just serving and
protecting their ill-gotten wealth without even have the mercy of the citizen
in mind.
Danbaba Suntai, brain damaged governor of Taraba State who
have just returned from United State of America was seen on a video clip some moment
ago swearing in new cabinet members....by looking at the face of this guy you
will see pains and unstable mind in him. This guy need to be resting and gather
himself together.
This is a power grabbing
at all cost by the cabal led by Mrs Suntai who is power drunk and want to be
the first lady of Taraba at all cost. Others members of the cabal, propping up
the ailing Governor to grab power, are Sylvanus Giwa, Senator Emanuel Bwatcha, Haruna
Manu, of the the house of reprsentatives, state PDP chairman, Victor bala,
Aminu Jika, who was sworn in as the new chief of staff and the new Secreatry to
the state government, G.T Kataps.
The
event happened at the dining room of Mr. Suntai at the Governor's Lodge in
Jalingo to me look like kangaroo re-shuffle that need to be questioning.When
did the dining room becomes the governor’s office? Suntai who forcefully read a
few minutes of speech broadcast on state TV was unstable and unclear.
However, it was gather
that after the swearing in the speaker of the state assembly walked in to see
Suntai but the ailing governor did not recognize him and others but the video
was edited to look as though the speaker's delegation was part of the swearing
in ceremony.
This is a shame to Nigerian
and the people of Taraba State.
