KAYODE OLAGUNJU :AN OFFICER AND A GENTLEMAN

All hail Assistant Corps Marshall of Federal Road Safety Corps(FRSC).A good child is always for the father(Omo to ba dara ti Baba e ni) that is how Yoruba men says whenever their  ward achieve exemplary feat in their choosing career. Its make the parents proud of them; a success to me is not measure by how much money you steal from the coffer of the nation, or how many ladies you kept in a beautiful villas all-over the country, or how many houses you built,or how many Jeeps you have, but a success is measure by your achievement and accomplishment in life.

Kayode Olagunju to me and to his immediate family members, all his friends, admirers, his colleagues, and the teaming people(s) he must have had a contact with, he is an achiever and an accomplish personalty.

I knew Kayode Olagunju casually in 1990 in Lagos, he is an officer and a gentleman, an embodiment of a special well trained man from a good family and God. Then Kayode was a shy officer, he doesn't talk much, but a very active and discipline officer, i really enjoy his company that day, since then i picture him to be a great man and a good role model for our youth.

Kayode Olagunju is not just an ordinary officer , he is well read , a PhD holder not pull him down(PHD), but Doctor of Philosophy,he combined brilliant brain  to a very tedious job. Because if you want to keep a good safety Management on Nigerian Road you need to  be a sound mind with very good education. This icon of road safety management brought a lot to FRSC through his page on social media, passing useful information to people, giving tips on safety management, etc at times people will write some nasty comment s, which i do at times but Kayode will take his time to explain what we dont know to us....example the functions and meaning of VIO,MOT,LASTMA,HIGHWAY PATROL  etc. It take education and dedication for a public servant to go to this extent to explain all these.

Kayode may not have been to this very stage in life without the help and surpport of his better half, prettySeun Olagunju, the Bible makes it clear that if you find a wife , you found jewell,She is really a jewell.Isay Kudos to their children too.
To bring my point home , i will like to share some of the comment made by cross section of Nigeria on the man called Kayode Olagunju:

Hopefully very soon the power that be will recognize the great potentials of this excellent public officer for higher services to his nation. Very rare in our clime. I can't wait to see him become the substantive Corps Marshall. I can't wait to see him become Minister of Transport....He will make a difference. He's making a difference now.
