NOTORIOUS KIDNAP KINGPIN ' KELVIN IBRUVWE' HAS FINALLY BEEN ARRESTED

The notorious kidnap kingpin, Kelvin Ibruvwe has finally been arrested from his hideout in Port Harcourt by men of State Security Service (SSS) while trying to escape from heavy security surveillance mounted against him.

Kelvin who gave the Federal Government a 60-day ultimatum to address every form of marginalisation meted out on the Urhobo nation.

Kokori, Kelvin’s fortress, as gathered, has been taken over by soldiers, who are now keeping surveillance of the entire community to forestall any breach of the peace.

His people were said to be his strength as they believe in his struggle to emancipate his people from meaginalisation, just as some politicians for Urhobo were also said to be giving him some backing for their selfish political gain.

 There was heavy presence of armed security forces in the home town of Kelvin in Kokori yesterday,'
