The picture above is that of the 22-year-old victim whose face was  eaten up by Matthew Williams who was in a relationship with the deceased woman.
BBC News has reported that the man was  found in a hotel room eating parts of the woman's face.

In a statement, local police in Gwent said they arrived at the scene in the early hours of Thursday morning after being alerted by a concerned member of the public to an incident of a man attacking a woman.

Police said,the incident took place Sirhowy Arms Hotel in Argoed, Blackwood, which is a hostel for vulnerable people who are waiting for permanent accommodation.

According to the report, Cerys had met 34 year old Matthew Williams at a bar and he managed to persuade her to follow him back to his hotel and said he'd get her a taxi home. He killed her in the hotel.

As one of the commentator wrote ''I wonder why a sane person, if not a prostitute will decide to follow a stranger back to their hotel room....Women please be responsible enough to uphold your dignity '' that is a candid advice.
