WITH Nigeria’s elections knocking at the door, the electoral map indicating that about 56, 431,255
people have so far collected their Permanent Voters Cards, PVCs, out of 68
million registered voters.
Nigeria for
the first time appears poised for a more robust participation! According to the
figures shown above, and all things being equal on the Election Day, this year’s participation would surpass others in
the nation’s history.
Reason: The
56,431,255 distributed PVCs represent 81.98 percent of the total number of
registered voters.
