GOLDIE ONE YEAR AFTER............

Yesterday makes it exactly one year when the Nigerian music industry lost one of its most talented female singer, Goldie Harvey to the cold hands of death.

Goldie died shortly after she returned from the United States on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2013, where she had attended the music industry’s Grammy Awards in company of  Kenny Ogungbe, the CEO of her music label, Kennis Music.

Goldie, as it was informed, had complained of a severe headache shortly after returning to Nigeria from the US. The songstress was rushed to a hospital in Lagos, where she was pronounced dead.

The news of her death was received with shock and disbelief as everyone, especially her fans wondered how she could have passed away within such little time.

However, the details surrounding the cause of her death are still shrouded in mystery, after one year of her demise. 

Denrele Edun, her close friend described the late songstress as his soul mate. “Everything about Goldie was unique. Everything about Goldie was complex. She wasn’t only beautiful, she was so captivatingly beautiful in and out that no eye could avoid her, and once she had hooked you with her charming innocence, you were blown away by a beauty that was at once shy and confident, sultry and innocent, inviting and biting and as such, I always described her as a Siren of Sorts!”

BEAUTIFUL LIZ BENSON RETURNS TO HER FIRST LOVE

Beautiful and talented Nollywood actress, Liz Benson has came back to her first love..’Acting’. Liz who ruled the silver screen in the early 90s ,dumped acting  In 2009, after  she married Bishop Great Emeya at the Rainbow Christian Assembly, Warri, Delta State, which was her second marriage, having lost her first husband, Samuel Gabriel Etim to death.

The talented screen diva recently featured in   Stephanie Okereke-Linus’ new flick, ‘Dry’.

The flick centres on Vesico Vaginal Fistula (VVF), a disease in women that is common in the northern part of the country. Her return to her first love-acting has been greeted with a lot of excitement, especially among her teeming fans who have missed on screen for a very long time.

Liz Benson started acting as a kid. She rose to fame when she acted in the popular television series, ‘Fortunes’ in 1993, where she played the role of Mrs. Agnes Johnson.

Her role in ‘Glamour Girls’ also stood her out.

DOUBLE CELEBRATIONS FOR MY LOVELY DAUGHTER..HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND HAPPY VALENTINE

February 14, is the day my lovely daughter Adesewa Adeyosola will be celebrating her birthday, at the same time, people around the world will be celebrating lover’s day, which was and still knows as Valentine’s Day!  During this period, children will be exchanging Valentine’s Day cards at school, guys give the women in their lives heart-shaped boxes of candy, couples will also exchange ‘’ Love You!” cards .

However, Valentine’s Day isn’t just a modern tradition. According to history, It has deep roots, leading all the way back to ancient Rome and the early Christians.

‘’To begin with, the day is really called Saint Valentine’s Day. It was originally (and still is) a Roman Catholic feast day, commemorating the life of a certain Valentinus, who was martyred in Rome sometime in the 3rd Century A.D.  In fact, there may even have been three saints with the same name, as Valentine, Valentinus or Valentinian were popular Latin names.

Whoever Valentine actually was, the story that has come down to us states that, while he was imprisoned for serving as a Christian priest, he healed the jailer’s daughter from blindness and apparently, fell in love with her. Before he was taken away for execution, he left her a note signed, “Your Valentine.” Thus, the card-giving tradition was born’’

However, ‘’when printing got started in the 1400s, the Valentine’s Day story was printed, distributed and redistributed, over and over again. First nobles, and then average folks, began exchanging “Your Valentine” notes on that day. The tradition spread throughout Europe and eventually the New World as well.’’

My Valentine message read thus: Valentine’s day is a unique day which reminds me that if I don’t have a special someone, I will be alone. I am lucky that I have you and you have me as your special someone. We began as strangers, we became friends, we became one with each other…We remain as one forever.

PORT-HARCOURT GOSPEL SINGER IS A NOTORIOUS RUNS BABE

The pictures above according to close source is of a  very talented Port Harcourt, Rivers State based, gospel artist who is known to be very decent and acts like true-born–again child of God.

 But this holly than thou is well known among her peers as very active notorious runs babes with  Ogas on the top, Senators Governors and Oil Big boys, big pastors, Deacons etc.as her clients!

According to source, a friend of hers who was fed up of her indecent act and her wicked act of mockery towards the gospel decided to disgrace her by sending in the nude photos she usually sends to her clients.

CHRIS OYAKHILOME NOW GOES ABOUT WITH FOREIGN SECURITY: MY QUESTION IS WHO IS AFTER HIS LIFE?

Sometime last year, Pastor Chris Okotie stunned worshipers with Gun-toting armed guards with bullet proof vest guarding him during a sermon to mark his annual Karris AWARDS.

According to a source at the church, the Senior Pastor and founder of Christ Embassy, Chris Oyakhilome, has stepped up his personal security. He has gone a step further than Chris Okotie, Oyakhilome, reportedly employs foreign security experts . May be they are CIA, MI5T,MI6, FBI, KGB or MOSSAD. The immensely rich preacher and TV host is said to have employed the services of a foreign security firm in a bid to beef up security around him.

It is gathered that, the security men who started work at the last Christ Embassy Programme were not blacks. "The guys that guard Pastor now are not blacks. They are non-Africans" The source revealed.
A church administrator didn't confirm the report when contacted by Encomium but admitted that the security network at all Christ Embassy branches anywhere in the world is 'impregnable'.

Chris Oyakhilome is said to be one of the richest pastors in Nigeria and a philanthropist. He recently gave a set of building to the Ambrose Ali University, his Alma Mata where he trained as an architect

BOOBS FOR SALE ON A WEDDING DAY

This particular picture caught my attention, not because am a saint or holly than thou person. Am not a pretender who doesn’t recognise beautiful things if i see one. However, to my understanding, breasts are suppose to be a treasure of a woman , that is why God hide it in the chest, if not, it suppose to be on the nose!

The owner of the picture wrote ‘’This is someone's wife! The wedding took place in a church! It was called Holy Matrimony by the Priest/Pastor who didn't care about her boobs! She stood before the congregation of over two thousand people! Now I ask, do you think she doesn't have a mirror @ home?

Do you think she didn't notice her boobs crying out? Do you think this dressing portrays anything Christ like or Godliness? My judgment is that she just went there to share her boobs with some hungry eyes.’’

It's her God given BREAST and right to flaunt it, if you do not like it close your eyes or look the other way. Besides, I did not read anywhere where her hubby complained.
