According to Sapele Olofofo, two of the victims, one Elvis Kugbere and another man have been confirmed dead, while the last one is in coma at UBTH.
The incident reportedly happened at Ejewo Street, Off Okere Ugberikoko Road, Warri, Delta State. According to an eyewitness Inspector Imana accompanied three (Internet Fraudsters) Yahoo boys to a baby dedication, trouble was said to have started when the yahoo boys started spraying money, the police officer started shooting in display of his loyalty, all of a sudden, mysteriously the inspector who was one of the escort pointed his gun directly at the crowd in close range and started shooting at them….
The first deceased was immediately rushed to First rank Hospital within the area where the Divisional Police Officer,”B” Division in warri, CSP Anieteh Eyoh and other Senior Officers dashed to see him before he was transferred to Syracuse Hospital. He later gave up the ghost three hours after losing so much blood.
The Delta State Acting Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, confirmed the incident, noting that the policeman is under investigation and he is being tried for professional misconduct.
CAC. PROPHET HEZEKIAH OLADEJI SUCCEED PROPHET SK ABIARA
Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji is the founder of Christian Apostolic Church, Canaanland. He’s popularly called ‘Baba Canaanland’ and he’s known as a dedicated and focus Prophet on his service and dedication to God. The Edunabon, Osun State born Prophet is one of the highly rated Prophets today in Nigeria. He was an evangelist at CAC, Canaanland until his appointment by the Supreme Council, the church’s highest governing body, which comprises of all principal officers, all Assistant General Superintendents and other senior officers. He started his ministry fully in year 2000 and he has now built the Church, Canaanland to an enviable height; having more than 20 branches across the world. ‘
Baba Canaanland’ as fondly called, believes so much in fasting and prayers to fight evil battles of the world. His Church at ‘Garage Olode’, which is one of his biggest churches has become a destination for destitute, needy, and for those who have one or two challenges.
Two Saturdays back, he spoke with press and said his priority attention in his new capacity is to restore the church to its days of glory and as well stamp out indiscipline among pastors and church members. He also said that, he would use his new office to clear the rot in the church at home and abroad, stressing that his tenure would witness the rebirth of evangelism which is the hallmark of the church.
Who is Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji?
Prophet Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji was born into a Baptist family at Edun-Abon, Ile Ife in Osun state. Though a religious Christian family, his father also indulged in the traditional religion by way of performing rituals and the likes; hence the family was not saved. Prophet Hezekiah developed an ailment in his leg which prevented him from going to school, therefore he decided to learn a vocation and his choice was automobile mechanic.
In 1980, his mother died and 4 years later, he left home for Oshogbo; a day which he incidentally met Jesus. Alighting from the bus at Oshogbo bus park, he heard some people singing a song which translates to “Jesus is calling you friend, come, this world is vanity everything will soon end”. The trail of the source of this song led him to a church not far off – Christ Apostolic Church, CAC Araromi; a church where his guardian coincidentally attends. It was at this church he received healing for his leg at a crusade Prophet Obadare had there.
Alone in church on one night at about 2.00am, God appeared to Prophet Hezekiah in company of Prophet Ayo Babalola (the founder of Christ Apostolic Church) and told him they had a mission for him to the church and also the world. Asked if he would do the work, Prophet Hezekiah said ‘YES’ to the call after which God instructed Prophet Babalola to anoint him with oil. The oil was physically on his head when he woke up the next morning and was there for another 5 to 6 days; the oil still come out of his forehead today anytime he engages in some fervent prayers. Efforts to enrol in a seminary in 1991 and 1992 failed as God was nudging him to be taught directly by Him, however he later attended a seminary, but found it unfulfilling.
Though he had been anointed for ministry work, Prophet Hezekiah started a transport business while also working as an automobile mechanic with his partner and friend. However in the bid to bring him back in line with his calling, God orchestrated an event in which one of the vehicles Prophet Hezekiah used for the transport business had an accident at Olode garage where he had come to settle and live. This was in 1996 and two occupants in the vehicle died and this was also confirmed by the hospital as Prophet Hezekiah was asked to take the corpses to the mortuary.
Saddened and weeping because of the event and on the way to the mortuary, God asked him if he was ready for the assignment and the prophet Hezekiah succumbed and said ‘I am’. Immediately, God asked him to go back and lay hands on the corpses and they both came alive after the touch. This miracle served as the confirmation of the call of God on the life of Prophet Hezekiah. From that point on, he gave out all the vehicles he used for the transportation business, became more active in the ministry and eventually started CAC Canaan Land in 2000.
BIAFRA: PRESIDENT BUHARI SIGNS PROCLAMATION PROSCRIBING IPOB
According to sources in the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation, the president signed the declaration on Sunday before his departure for the 72nd United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York, where he will be expected to address other world leaders today. .
Buhari’s decision to sign the proclamation was a fallout of the sharp criticism that followed the declaration of IPOB as a terrorist organisation by the Nigerian Army at the weekend and the group’s proscription by the South-east governors. .
With the signing of the proclamation by Buhari, a source in the attorney general’s office explained that the presidency had effectively initiated the formal process of proscribing IPOB in accordance with the provisions of the Terrorism (Prevention) Act, 2011. .
It also paved the way for the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), Mr. Abubakar Malami (SAN) to head to court to give legal backing to the presidential proclamation.

"BEFORE WE'RE MISLED ON THE MILITARY DECLARATION"~~ GEN.DANLADI ZAKARI (RTD)
Three facts are not made available to anybody but are in public domain to make an informed comments DHQ's Declaration!
First, the military is part of the national security architecture!
Secondly, the highest decision body to decide such classification is the National Security Council which is chaired by the president. Reports are made to that body on security issues and needed actions are marshaled out.
Thirdly, the C in C Directives is issued with necessary rules of engagement which must emphasize the Geneva Conventions and all other protocols.
Do I think this procedure was followed? I am very pretty sure that these processes were followed including inputs from the local authorities (I.e, the governors of the effected areas).
Who makes the announcement? Usually, the president/C inC will appoint an authority to implement his directives. In this case, the Chief of Army Staff since it is a land operations. Even, the US follows these procedures for crisis area. I am stating these facts because I was once the Director of Defense Operations who prepared some of these documents for deployment of troops. A lot of misinformed scenarios are floating around as to the power of the president to deploy troops. The current exercise, ' Python Dance' is classified as training which could be changed to operations. You have US and South Korea having military exercise near the waters of North Korea. The congress doesn't need to approve that military training. You and I know why the exercise is taking place.
No military can unitary take laws into its hands And do what he wants. Go and read what happened between Gen MacArthur and President Truman! Or Gen POWELL and President Bush on the Iraqi operations. It is important that we try to understand how security related actions are taken before misleading the public.
And let me state this for a fact! No military command would want to deploy his troops for operations because he wouldn't want to loose a soldier. As a commander, you are bound to take and implement all lawful orders because you will be held accountable after the mission.
Besides, do you think it a mere coincidence that the South East Governors today proscribed IPOB! Just think deep and rationalize the reality.

GUNMEN INVADES HAUSA/FULANI SETTLEMENT IN ABRAKA...4 FEARED DEAD !
Armed with guns and other dangerous weapons, the suspected killers shot sporadically into where the people were sleeping. A credible Hausa source told our correspondent that the suspects also threw bomb into their Mosgue at Cable point, adding that a brave Hausa man picked up the bomb and threw it into the river before it could explode.
The source who pleaded anonymity at press time, said armed soldiers and policemen came to their rescue, chasing the suspected invaders away.
He said the security agents took the injured persons to the hospital for treatment and deposited the corps of the deceased at the mortuary, lamenting that they did not sleep all through the night.
