Big girl Tiwa Savage and Tunji Balogun, her boy boy husband are presently experiencing marital crisis.
The five months old wedding which the couples claimed then that ''is going to be a star studded wedding as well as being the celebrity wedding of the year'', might be hitting the rocks soon.

According to reports,Hip TV claims Tiwa sacked Tunji from being her manager recently, reporting that he is no longer in charge of her calls and he has also stopped accompanying her to events.(that is boy boy role).

The report claims one of the events where it became obvious that all was not well between the two was the Africa unplugged event that took place recently in London where they were not together at the event.

NIGERIAN FLAG DESIGNER PA TAIWO AKINKUNMI (OFR)....A HONOUR WELL DESERVED

Pa Taiwo Akinkunmi, 77, received the National Honours Award of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR). Pa Akinkinmi is the designer of the Nigerian flag.  A well deserved honour!!!

President Goodluck Jonathan also placed Pa Taiwo Akinkunmi,  on the salary of a Special Assistant FOREVER

Floxy Alaneme :It is d will of God of God for a lady to get married to her own husband wt whom she will raise a family to d glory of God.
But it is not right to pressurize a lady who due to circumstances like choice,time,psychological,economical etc has not been able 'to bring home' her a suitor home...Such pressure can lead to desparation which will hv nagetive impact at d long run.

 Wale Adedayo :As long as she is matured, from age 18. But an average Yoruba wants the daughter to have graduated or trained as an artisan with a job at hand before getting married. But this same group will not like it IF she remains at home at age 27/28 without anyone asking for her hand in marriage. The serious pressure starts from age 30.

Funmi Bisiriyu :Hmm. Sometimes, it is good. When parents discover that their daughter knows nothing than to date all men (lives a rough life), I think that is when they force her to marry; then they marry her out to a man of their own choice or force her to bring a man of her choice.

 Olanrewaju Oduwole :Whenever you find love, and you want to be married, please, do so. The young, and the old, we all fall in love. I do not think there should be a particular age for any adult to get married. I believe one should start thinking of marriage from eighteen years and above. I see no reason why a woman of seventy years and above cannot get married if she wants to. Thanks.

Uche Okolie: In my own view,yes.A lady has time limit in her parents house.There are many factors that has to do with nature which are there to remind u in case ur still getting on with life.1.Age.from ur 25-30,u are ripe for marriage.Between these period,men ought to be disturbing u.2.U must plan when to be through with ur child bearing bc of menopause.3.No parent will be happy to see his or her child still leaving in d same house with them when she ought to be in her husband's house,that is not our prayer.If at ur 20s to 30 and no man has approached u for marriage only for friendship,run to God with sincere heart,He will untie things to normal.

TENSION IN AGBOR KINGDOM:AS DEIN OF AGBOR MARRIED WHITE WOMAN SECRETLY

The Dein of Agbor Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Benjamin Ikenchuku Keagborekuzi the First (Keagborekuzi I). He was born in July 1977, but following the unexpected death of his father, the late Obi in 1979, he was crowned the monarch at the age of two years, four months -the youngest anywhere in the world

According to Leadership Newspaper, the Agbor kingdom in Delta state is currently in a state of confusion after their 37 year old King, the Dein of Agbor, Benjamin Ikechukwu Kiagborekuzi I, secretly married a white woman, a decision said to be unacceptable by his people who expected him to marry an Agbor woman.
The Dein who was crowned King when he was just two and a half years old in 1979 following the death of his father, had all his education abroad. He returned to Nigeria in 2001 after completing all his studies to assume the throne as king and has been ruling his kingdom since without a Queen.

However, it seems that the monarch, Keagborekuzi I, of Agbor town, Delta state allegedly wedded a white woman secretly, causing tension in the peaceful community recently.

A highly respected palace Chief, Alika told Leadership newspapers that the ruling palace council had insisted that he gets married to a Nigerian woman from Agbor kingdom according to the tradition but appears their king called their bluff and married the white woman, a decision seen as a taboo.

NB: What do you expect from someone that grew up in abroad? The king has found love and let him be. Haba.

ITS ALL TEN AND TEN PENCE: FAYOSE DID NOT SLAPPED THE JUDGE BUT SUPERVISED HIS BEATING

Wale Fapohunda, the Attorney General of Ekiti state was a guest on Channels TV Sunrise programme this morning where he spoke about what happened at the Ekiti state High Court on Thursday September 25th where a judge was allegedly assaulted

According to Fapohunda, he claimed that the judge in question, Justice Adeyeye told him when they spoke on phone that he was never slapped by Ayo Fayose but that the governor-elect supervised his beating.(What is the difference?)

“When I spoke to the judge, the judge did not say that the governor-elect slapped him. He said he supervised his beating. The judge said he (Fayose) was there, and was standing while his thugs, for want of a better word, beat the judge. Not only did they beat him up, they tore his clothes.” Fapohunda said.

He went further to say that Justice Adeyeye told him that immediately they arrived in court for the election tribunal sitting, Fayose’s supporters began ransacking the court rooms, tearing court documents. It was when he went to meet Fayose to ask him to control his supporters that he was physically assaulted.

MAN BEHEADS WOMAN CLAIMS MEN FROM THE VILLAGE RAPED HIS WIFE

Chinedu Nweke (pictured above), 32, has been arrested for beheading 45-year-old Philomina Nwega in Ebonyi State. Nweke claimed he committed the heinous crime to avenge the serial rape of his wife by men in the murdered woman’s village.

 This horrible incident happened on September 6th in Umuzeoka village in Ezza North LGA of  Ebonyi State. Recounting the bizarre tale, Nweke, a farmer, said:

‘It was at Umezeoka that the people raped my wife and that was where I killed the woman. Each time my wife was raped I bought drugs for her but I didn’t report the incident to anybody, not even to the village head or the traditional ruler.


“I am a farmer. Villagers raped my wife severally. And it made my wife to have miscarriage anytime she was pregnant. I never complained about this problem to the police. It was on September 6, in the evening that I saw a woman coming from the farm. I waylaid her and I used my cutlass to kill her. I cut off her head which I dumped alongside her lifeless body into the Ogbor stream. I cut her head into pieces and threw them into the stream.


When a report was made to the police about the death of the woman, a search was conducted by a combined team of the police and the local vigilance group in Achiagu, Ezza North LGA, where the suspect, Nweke, was arrested with a blood-stained machete and clothes on September 7th.

The Assistant Commis¬sioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department, Mrs Justina Ogbodo also told Sunday Sun that detectives had recovered the machete allegedly used by Nweke to kill the woman. She also said the command was still finding it difficult to recover the severed head, which Nweke claimed to have thrown into the stream.

In a broken voice that belied his grief, the husband of the deceased, Mr. Bartholomew Nwega said: “I am pleading with the police to help me recover the head of my dead wife” so that she could be given honourable burial.
