LAIDE BAKARE BLAMES BLACKMAILERS OVER FAILED MARRIAGES !!!
Nollywood
actress, Laide Bakare has been caught in a couple of scandals about her
marriages! It was reported that she married her second husband Alhaji Orilowo
without legally ending that to Olumide Okufulire! That is that.
Laide who is back in Nigeria
after safely delivering her third child had an interview with Encomium Magazine
on October 18, 2014 have this to say: "You can’t change who I am. I don’t
talk about my marriage. I can’t talk about my love. I just don’t find it
convenient discussing my love. It’s nobody’s business.
I am in love, good. I am
remarried, good. I have a new kid, good, I am who I am, good, I am contented
and I am so happy with my life. Thus, anybody who is not happy with my new
found joy should go to hell." The nursing mother says she isn't bothered
by all the rumours going on about her, she also went ahead to attribute all the
negative talk about her to a certain blackmailer whose identity she withheld.
I DONT BELIEVE IN MARRIAGE....SEUN KUTI
Abami eda fourth son, saxophonist Seun Kuti, made
his point clearer that he doesn't believe in marriage, according to him, Nigerian
women are no longer submissive. Read below his new interview with Encomium magazine:
"I don't believe in marriage. The truth is, the marriage
institution in Nigeria has collapsed. Nobody is getting married for long
anymore. On the average, it's within a year. Although they still marry, they
separate. The thing responsible for it is that people get married for the wrong
reasons. As a matter of fact, the institution of marriage is fading away in the
traditional sense of marriage - for love; for better or worse; and all sort.
It's fading because women are no longer submissive.
For you to live together with someone for life, someone must be
submissive. That is easier when women are not working, and they depend on their
husband. But now, its becoming difficult because they are working; making more
money even more than the men. The situation is terrible. Even if you as a man
is not looking outside, your wife will look.
I've made a decision and my partner already agreed. In fact there was a
wedding we went attended in Ibadan, the couple broke up at the reception.
Because of picture, the bride's father wanted to take first, the groom's father
said No and they started quarrelling. The couple broke up at the reception. How
about that?
About my father marrying 27 wives, if you look deep, you will discover
that in 1986 my father divorced all his wives. People seem to forget this fact.
It also goes to buttress my point that says marriage is becoming a fading
institution. Fela was the epitome of marriage. First, he married one woman,
then he married 26 at once. He has experienced both, and later he came out to
say marriage is bad. What about that?" He said
EDO GUYS WHO ARE LIVING LIKE MAFIA IN ITALY.....THEY 'THE ITALIAN CONNECTIONS'
According
to adage, words of elders are words of wisdom. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, recently tells a story about one of his
friends’ son who asked is father thus: ‘Dad why is our generation is a lost
one?
According to Baba
Iyabo, his father did not pay him any attention; then "He told me what he told his father and
justified it by telling me that he went to the university and graduated but got
no job. So, our generation has failed him. So I told him that it is normal
because that was how we used to blame the generation before us.
"But I told
him that the generation before mine was the one that fought for our
independence. Whichever way we want to criticise them, they gave us
independence. Then my generation which you say is not good, fought the civil
war. We fought for the unity of Nigeria and if we did not do so, you probably
would need a visa to travel to Kano or Port Harcourt. Not only that but that
generation also established the foundation of democracy.
"So what do
you claim your generation has achieved?
The pictures above
and this video link https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=306408342882816
will show you the kind of generation we are!
I saw these photos and the video on a facebook page of
one my friends with lot of comments; some even questioned whether these guys
are even Nigerian? However, I can say categorically that these guys are an Edo indigene
based in Italy. Come to think of it, what can we call this show-off, local
attitude or mismanagement?
No wonder they refer to them as “Human Traffickers", using girls to prostitute
for money. It's the only thing they know and I doubt if Benin people are ever
going to stop it. ‘See what people wrote:
’’ If they are really based in
Italy, they may be part of the human traffickers who make mainly girls from
Benin to swear on parts of their bodies to become prostitute and service the
Italian men on the streets of Italy. Now it is clear how they made the money
they recklessly spend’’.
‘My
question is why the display? What point are they trying to make? They must be
pure illiterates & they must be stupid if they think people will appreciate
this. No hard earned money is spent this way!!! Haba!!?? And I agree to assume
they must be cultists to be in red. God help & forgive us’.
Fast-forward, if Italian police arrested them now,
some useless human right will be saying that Europeans are racist? Has anybody seen
a video where Sir Richard Branson or Mario Balotelli misuses
money like this?
Definitely these are some of the wasted generation.
TETUILA DIDN'T WIN...
Tony Tetuila, who was dreaming of becoming a member of Kwara State House of Assembly come 2015 did not even attend yesterday’s APC primary elections that took place in his State.
According to source, it was learnt that party stake holders had earlier advised him to step down shortly after his campaign posters littered the State because they feel he wasn't ripe enough for the job. His name was not mentioned at the primaries not to talk of him attending. Ok, when will he then ripe for the post, until he becomes grand dad? Politician can be funny!

Why is Nigerian Police protecting the identity of Nollwood Actor that kidnapped a banker in Lagos?
Incredible....
It just blows me away at how often
our police do their job. Dailypost, reported a news that a Nollywood Actor and
his gang, was arrested by operatives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad,
for the kidnap of a female banker at Mile 2 area of Lagos.
They reported the
news like this-’the actor, who has reportedly featured in movies like; ‘The
Eves, Friday Night, Witches Club, Palace Club and Mountain High’.
The news went
further to reveal where the ‘culprits were said to have kept their victim in an
uncompleted building in Mowe, Ogun State for four days, while they waited for
a response from the captives’ family’.
The Commissioner
of Police in charge of the squad, Chris Ezike, confirmed the news the suspected
kidnappers, their arrest and the victim rescued.
Hear him: “The
suspects were six in number. But three are on the run and we are on their
trail. During interrogation, the actor said six of them came in a Toyota
Corolla car and immediately they saw their target coming out of her Toyota
Camry car, they pointed guns at her and drove her to their hideout in Mowe.”
“They also sold
their victim’s jewellery for 8,000 and her pair of shoes for 3,700. He
also stated that his share of the ransom was 450,000, but did not disclose how
much they got, as the bargain was done between Jack and the victim’s family.”
The suspects have
been reportedly charged to court for kidnap and robbery.
Haven said that,
what stops the police from reviling the identity of this Nollywood actor and
his crime gang to the public? What concerns the public about the movies he
appears on? Was this a form of advertisement or what?I also want to make an observation,
the police said that the ‘suspects’ have been charged to court! What are the
names of the ‘suspects’ that were charged to court?
This
is an example of those cases we hear about where the police grab a suspect and
make the evidence fit him instead of following the evidence to the actual
criminal/perpetrator .It worries me how many people are locked up and have even
been executed, who are completely innocent. The question I will love to ask is
that is our police protecting the criminals at the expense of the public? This Nollywood
actor is a risk to the public at large and his names must be made public.
MY FAMILY MEMBERS CHARMED ME WITH ROBBERY SPIRIT!.....ROBBERY SUSPECT
Two members an armed
robbery syndicate which allegedly snatched cars and terrorised motorists in the
Lagos metropolis, Emehelu Ndubuisi , 28 and , Uche Chukwu, 21,have been
arrested.
In his statement to the police,
Ndubuisi, claimed that his family members were responsible for his inability to
stop the act. His
story: “I am standing trial in court for a robbery case. I used to sell motor
spare parts at the Ladipo Market, Oshodi. I was initially arrested by the
police in February this year, and was charged to the Ikeja Magistrate’s Court.
“I was remanded in the Kirikiri Medium Prison for some weeks during which I met one convict, Ogaga. He had spent three years in the prison. He told me some men wanted to sell a stolen vehicle, but I did not listen to him.
“After I secured my bail, I went to my village to attend my grandmother’s burial and I noticed some family members were not happy to see me. When I returned from the trip, I did not know how I listened to Ogaga’s advice ( to continue the robbery).
“I had sworn never to rob again, but my village people are very evil. They must have charmed me with robbery. It was at the point of collecting the stolen vehicle in Lagos that the police re-arrested me.”
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Kenneth Nwosu, confirmed the arrest.
